Top-250 Most Impactful in the AIA

Another season is upon us this week and especially next with many teams first games of the season.   Here we take a fun look at the Top-250 most impactful. These are NOT prospect rankings, but how does this player affect the outcome of their team for just this season to make a deep playoff run.   The better the team, the more players I will name and the higher those players will be since they can win a ring with Big School OPEN, 6A, 5A, 4A, Small School OPEN, 3A, 2A and 1A. But the deeper the team, one player may not necessarily mean they have more impact on the team then someone who is super reliant on producing every single game.   Some players lower down on the list may be on teams that have a slim chance of making the playoffs or it will be harder to make a deep run. An example is a player averages over 20 ppg but their team may go 3-15 probably won't be on the list.   If I did not mention your team, I probably feel that it is a long shot to make the playoffs this season or it is a balanced roster without that one standout player.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Top-250 Most Impactful for this AIA season:</h2>   1. [player_tooltip player_id='1546987' first='Adan' last='Diggs'] Millennium   One of the top players in the AIA regardless of class. Him and [player_tooltip player_id='1150822' first='Cameron' last='Holmes'] will be terrorizing the AIA all season long. He scores it effortlessly from all levels and defending multiple positions making the Tigers one of the OPEN favorites.   2. [player_tooltip player_id='1651788' first='Jakyi' last='Miles'] Mesa   A top of the food chain talent will shoulder the load for the Jackrabbits. He scores it easily from all levels and plays at different pace than most with elite size with advanced court vision. They are a top-notch 6A team but also an OPEN contender.   3. [player_tooltip player_id='1150822' first='Cameron' last='Holmes'] Millennium   One of the preseason favorites to win it all in the OPEN has one of the best duos in the AIA period with him and [player_tooltip player_id='1546987' first='Adan' last='Diggs']. His defense, passing deep shooting, downhill play and overall two-way play makes him hard to handle.   4. [player_tooltip player_id='1612468' first='Cameron' last='Williams'] St. Mary's (Pictured)   One of the top prospects in the AIA has a big shoulder to load. Especially the first 9 games without [player_tooltip player_id='1464983' first='Mick' last='Riordan']. He impacts the game with his scoring and he is one of the top shot blockers in the state. An obvious title contender in the OPEN.   5. [player_tooltip player_id='1150901' first='John' last='Mattingly'] Central   One of the best teams in 5A is also an OPEN contender. His impact is a lead by example type as he fills it up nightly with 25+ points and makes players around him better. He plays at an elite pace and he is always in control of the game.   6. [player_tooltip player_id='1482165' first='Rider' last='Portela'] Sunnyslope   Another top two-way player gives his team a chance to win it all in the OPEN. He is a lock-up on-ball defender and off the ball helper plus he can score it from all three levels with jumpers and drives. Portela will be one of their go-to guys his senior season.   7. [player_tooltip player_id='1323290' first='Mason' last='Magee'] Basha   Another who is a dynamic two-way player with his fierce on-ball defense and scoring ability from all levels. He also makes players around him better which makes him very impactful. They will be a title contender in the OPEN led by Magee.   8. [player_tooltip player_id='1555179' first='Darius' last='Wabbington'] Sunnyslope   One of the top "true" post players is one of the toughest players to defend with his skill, sheer size and IQ. He gives the Vikings an edge nightly versus every team with dominating inside and taking his man out to the three. They are one of the OPEN favorites.   9. [player_tooltip player_id='2297971' first='Hale' last='Hansen'] Brophy Prep   A high motored two-way wing who brings an edge to the court with how hard he plays and defends combined with his incredible bounce. He can hit the three plus flush it down on the break. They are another top-notch 6A team but also an OPEN contender.   10. [player_tooltip player_id='1555180' first='Delton' last='Prescott III'] Sunnyslope   One of the top facilitators, gives them another player that they can rely on to be one of the OPEN favorites. His mid-range jumper is money and he just makes the game easy for his teammates with his elite passing and speed with the ball.   11. [player_tooltip player_id='2249943' first='Lleyton' last='Leonard'] Basha   One of the top 6A teams will be a title contender in the OPEN. Leonard has one of the highest motors in 6A and in the AIA. The lefty plays hard to rebound out of his area and can score it with dunks, mid-range pull-ups and threes off the catch. He will also defend multiple positions. He is quickly becoming a true difference maker on both sides of the court.   12. [player_tooltip player_id='1552394' first='Andre' last='Tyler'] Higley   One of the top players in the entire AIA will lead a fairly young core deep into the 6A playoffs and be an OPEN contender with his two-way play and scoring prowess. When he is locked in, not many are better scorers from all levels than Tyler.   13. [player_tooltip player_id='1900362' first='Colby' last='Jessup'] Valley Christian   One of the top 3A teams and OPEN small schools Champ (4-peat) is led by Jessup. He does it all for them by scoring the ball from all levels (especially from the three point line), rebounds and makes everyone around him better. He will take them as far as he can this season.   14. [player_tooltip player_id='1986797' first='Jase' last='Benjamin'] San Tan Charter   A big favorite for the OPEN small schools with a deep roster of talent for a 2A school. He is a two-way stud with supreme bounce and intensity on the court. He is a lob threat, he scores from all levels plus he defends every position and will make plays.   15. [player_tooltip player_id='2412268' first='Maurice' last='Carter II'] Willow Canyon   One of the top 5A teams and OPEN contenders is led by a tough trio. Maurice is very tough to defend with his speed, scoring ability and his ability to make plays. He scores with tough pull-ups, threes off the catch and is quick as a hiccup to get to the basket.   16. [player_tooltip player_id='1873684' first='Tyson' last='Crandall'] Highland   One of the top 6A playoff contenders may have a chance at the final-8 OPEN led by sharp shooting lead guard Crandall and [player_tooltip player_id='2291974' first='Nick' last='Reber']. He proved how tough he was this summer and recently at the JAMboree pouring in 20+ points per game easily from all levels.   17. [player_tooltip player_id='1490240' first='Colton' last='Watson'] Sandra Day O'Connor   The jack of all trades point forward is a two-way player who can make plays, get downhill, play above the rim and defend the 1-4 for them. His presence on the floor makes everyone's job easier to dominate in their role. They will be a title contender in the OPEN.   18. [player_tooltip player_id='2146239' first='Carsyn' last='Dean'] Ironwood   One of the 5A teams that can possibly win the 5A Chip. Dean is a bigger guard who can comfortably play on or off the ball. He handles the ball well and can make plays but he will score it with deep threes, quick dribble drives and pull-ups from mid.   19. [player_tooltip player_id='1873639' first='Grant' last='Mattingly'] Central   [player_tooltip player_id='1150901' first='John' last='Mattingly'] brother is just as tough to cover. He sees the court well and will score it from all three levels with tough drives and threes. His pinpoint passing makes them go. They are one of the top 5A teams and an OPEN contender.   20. [player_tooltip player_id='2407206' first='Cameron' last='Hurt'] Pinnacle   The Pioneers can make a deep 6A playoff run. Hurt will lead the team every game with his pinpoint passing, scoring and defense. He shoots the three well off the catch or pull and will score with fast drives to the rim. He finds teammates in stride and is tough on the ball.   21. [player_tooltip player_id='1697292' first='Rylan' last='Parsley'] Sandra Day O'Connor   They will be a title contender in the OPEN. Parsley is one of the top 3 and D types with size in 6A and the AIA. He shoots the ball at a high level from the three point line and can pull-up from mid. He throws it down easily on the break and will defend some of the best players in the state.   22. [player_tooltip player_id='1956218' first='Marcus' last='Isaac'] Mountain Pointe   One of the 5A teams that can make a deep playoff run. Isaac is one of the top shot blockers and rebounders in the sophomore class. He scores it with quick dunks, drop steps and he faces up now from mid to the three point line. He runs fluidly and has a ton of upside.   23. [player_tooltip player_id='1875718' first='Melvin' last='Stubbs Jr'] Sandra Day O'Connor   They will be a title contender in the OPEN. Stubbs is a two-way wing forward who can fill up the box score nightly with points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. He hits the three, highlight dunks, drives and he will make plays for his teammates unselfishly.   24. [player_tooltip player_id='2146267' first='Micah' last='Andrews'] Deer Valley   One of the best 4A teams looks to get back in the 4A Finals and make the OPEN. Andrews is a dynamic two-way point guard who can score, defend and facilitate. He is super athletic to throw it down, defend on the ball plus scores it with tough drives, deep jumpers and pull-ups.   25. [player_tooltip player_id='1464983' first='Mick' last='Riordan'] St. Mary's   An obvious title contender in the OPEN. Riordan is a talented combo guard with size and a lot of skill. He sees the court well like a point guard but will score with high level mid-range pull-ups off the dribble and he will hit the three with range.   26. [player_tooltip player_id='2291974' first='Nick' last='Reber'] Highland   One of the top 6A playoff contenders may have a chance at the final-8 OPEN led by Crandall and Reber who is a strong combo guard who can score it from all levels with drives, pull-ups and threes off the catch. He can also play on the ball and make smart reads to his teammates.   27. [player_tooltip player_id='2146269' first='Daijon' last='Grayson'] Mesa   They are a top-notch 6A team but also an OPEN contender. An athletic scoring lead guard who can defend and facilitate. He is super fast in the open court and he will jet past his defenders to get to the basket. He will shoot it from the three point line and defend on the ball and make players around him better.   28. [player_tooltip player_id='2386978' first='Jaydon' last='Hayes'] Willow Canyon   One of the top 5A teams and OPEN contenders is led by a tough trio. Hayes is a strong and tough combo guard who can make plays for his teammates plus score. He has an automatic mid-range jumper and he can shoot the three plus get to the basket.   29. [player_tooltip player_id='2133646' first='Myles' last='Godfrey'] Cactus Shadows   A sleeper 4A team that could make a deep playoff run and possibly win 4A. Godfrey is the team's maestro. He guides them nightly with pinpoint passing threading the needle and keeping it simple. He will score more than last year with deep jumpers and speed to the basket.   30. [player_tooltip player_id='1875720' first='Sergio' last='Gonzales'] Deer Valley   One of the best 4A teams looks to get back in the 4A Finals and make the OPEN. The heart of soul of the team is Sergio. He is a tough scorer from all levels with sharp pull-ups and the lefty can rattle in threes with range. He is very quick to the basket and can make plays.   31. [player_tooltip player_id='2146175' first='LJ' last='Diamond'] Perry   A possible sleeper team in 6A to win it. Diamond will have to sit the first 9 games but when he comes back him and Babic will form one of the toughest duos in 6A. He can get to the basket with his blazing speed, hit the three off the catch or pull or thread the needle.   32. [player_tooltip player_id='2457665' first='Viktor' last='Babic'] Perry   A possible sleeper team in 6A to win it. Babic will have to sit the first 9 games but when he comes back him and Diamond will form one of the toughest duos in 6A. He scores it effortlessly from all three levels with his pretty shooting stroke plus can make a play for a teammate.   33. [player_tooltip player_id='2194474' first='Isaiah' last='Rider IV'] Higley   The Knights will make the 6A playoffs and be an OPEN contender. The top incoming freshman can do it all for the point guard position. He scores it with deep ranged threes, he creates his own offense with drives and jumpers plus makes smart reads to teammates.   34. [player_tooltip player_id='2276223' first='Kingston' last='Montague'] Basha   They will be a title contender in the OPEN. Montague is a walking bucket from all three levels. He shoots it well from mid to the three point line with tough shots in the lane. He has great speed in the open court and when he is on fire from deep the Bears are just as good as anyone.   35. [player_tooltip player_id='2194805' first='Marquice' last='Pless'] Higley   The Knights will make the 6A playoffs and be an OPEN contender. Another top freshman is a two-way defensive wing forward who can score. He shoots it from the three point line and he is tough to the hoop with his tighter handle and athleticism. He will be one of their go-to guys on day-1.   36. [player_tooltip player_id='2370259' first='Terry' last='McKinney III'] Millennium   One of the preseason favorites to win it all in the OPEN. A tough two-way forward who can play and defend multiple positions. He is a good passer and a versatile player who can score it at the rim, pull-up from mid-range and shoot the three.   37. [player_tooltip player_id='1986796' first='Peyton' last='Lubash'] San Tan Charter   A big favorite for the OPEN small schools with a deep roster of talent for a 2A school. He is a shooting lead guard with volleyball line range and a quick trigger. He makes next level reads as one of the better passers in the junior class.   38. [player_tooltip player_id='1893708' first='Prince' last='Cash'] Carl Hayden   The 5A team could make a deep playoff run. Cash is a tough wing forward who can play multiple positions and defend. He rebounds well and he is a good passer. He will score with threes off the catch and pull-up from mid or get to the basket.   39. [player_tooltip player_id='1736170' first='Kareem' last='Alkhalifa'] Pinnacle   The Pioneers can make a deep 6A playoff run. Alkhalifa is a skilled wing forward who will be one of the top scorers all year long. He is very polished from mid to the three point line. He can also score getting to the basket and rebounds well in his area.   40. [player_tooltip player_id='1490239' first='Daylen' last='Sharper'] Brophy Prep   [player_tooltip player_id='2297971' first='Hale' last='Hansen'] right hand man is Sharper. He has elite size and the Stanford football commit is a good on-ball defender, passer and he can score from all levels. They are a top-notch 6A team but also an OPEN contender.   41. [player_tooltip player_id='2145741' first='Elias' last='Riley'] Deer Valley   One of the best 4A teams looks to get back in the 4A Finals and make the OPEN. A bigger guard who plays on or off the ball. He can make plays but likes to score with tough, athletic dribble drives in traffic above the rim or finish with a nice layup package. He is also a top-notch defender.   42. [player_tooltip player_id='2466067' first='Adrian' last='Stubbs'] Maryvale   One of the top scoring point guards in the AIA and 6A. They should make the 6A playoffs behind Stubbs. He may score 30+ points per game with scoring from all levels plus make his teammates better with live dribble passes and collect steals in bunches.   43. [player_tooltip player_id='1323296' first='Matt' last='Delgado'] Boulder Creek   The top player for the Jaguars will have to lead them nightly in maybe every single category to make the 6A playoffs. They lost almost every starter from last year but they should make the playoffs still with him scoring from all three levels with threes, drives and pull-ups plus rebounding and making plays.   44. [player_tooltip player_id='1768202' first='Marquice' last='Cole Jr'] Hamilton   The Huskies will be back in the 6A playoffs led by MJ Cole. He is a top notch athlete with some size and skill. He gets downhill about as well as you can to the basket. He will also hit the three and score with pull-ups. He is a top-notch on-ball defender and rebounder for a guard.   45. [player_tooltip player_id='2339084' first='Samuel' last='Kalikilwa'] West Point   The Dragons will be a 6A playoff team and he will be a big part of it. Samuel is your classic two-way shooting guard who loves to get downhill to the basket and score thru the contact. He plays off of two feet and can score it from mid-range and the three. He will defend multiple positions.   46. [player_tooltip player_id='1482164' first='Desean' last='Middlebrook'] Basha   They will be a title contender in the OPEN. Middlebrook is a high motored wing forward who can play and defend multiple positions with his bounce and twitch. He rebounds in and out of his area and will cover players in space and block shots. He shoots it well from mid-range.   47. [player_tooltip player_id='1555181' first='Adrian' last='Higuera'] Millennium   One of the preseason favorites to win it all in the OPEN. For this talented team Higuera is almost a throw back pure point guard who can also score. He loves the mid-range pull-up after he creates separation and he can hit the three. He also finds teammates unselfishly in stride.   48. [player_tooltip player_id='2194808' first='Carter' last='Bagley'] St. Mary's   An obvious title contender in the OPEN. Bagley is a strong framed guard/wing who can shoot the cover off the ball with mid-range pull-ups (his sweet spot), to threes off the catch and downhill drives in traffic thru the contact. He will play perfectly off of Williams.   49. [player_tooltip player_id='2039513' first='DJ' last='Spencer'] Millennium   One of the preseason favorites to win it all in the OPEN. Spencer can do it all on the court from handling the ball like a guard to shooting the three, to posting up and go to work to defending from inside and out. After he sits 9 games the Tigers will be a tough team to defend.   50. [player_tooltip player_id='1482163' first='Cristian' last='Simmons'] Sunnyslope   They are one of the OPEN favorites. Simmons is a top notch face-up power forward who can play multiple positions. He can defend the wing to the five position and then score it inside and rattle in triples one by one. If he can come up big versus the top teams, the Vikings can potentially win it all.   51. [player_tooltip player_id='2337274' first='Brig' last='Bowden'] Mesa   They are a top-notch 6A team but also an OPEN contender. The big man controls the glass and uses his strength and girth to set strong picks, rebound and block shots. He scores it from inside and out with threes and soft hands inside the paint.   52. [player_tooltip player_id='1680907' first='Josh' last='Dillard'] Ironwood   One of the 5A teams that can possibly win the 5A Chip. Dillard is the glue player for the Eagles. He scores it from all three levels and his shooting has improved yearly from the three. He defends multiple positions and he is tough to rebound out of his area.   53. [player_tooltip player_id='1758975' first='Nash' last='Parmley'] Sunnyslope   They are one of the OPEN favorites. Parmley is a bigger wing forward who can shoot it at a high clip from the three point line. He uses his size to rebound and has a little athleticism. When he is rolling from deep, the Vikings are a tough team to beat.   54. [player_tooltip player_id='2295693' first='Maddox' last='Lazor'] Basha   They will be a title contender in the OPEN. Lazor will have to sit the first 9 games moving over from Casteel. He will be their post player who will control the glass, block shots and score it from inside and out. He defends well in the post and he is a phenomenal passer for position.   55. [player_tooltip player_id='2574815' first='Garrison' last='Bambolo'] Willow Canyon   One of the top 5A teams and OPEN contenders is led by a tough trio. Bambolo seems to grow by the month and can score and defend multiple positions. He can shoot it from the three plus rip thru and get to the basket and dunk it. He will defend almost every high school position with size and length.   56. [player_tooltip player_id='1445948' first='Brandon' last='Stapleton'] Chandler   A 6A playoff improving team that may make a deep run. Stapleton is the do-it-all guard/wing who can play and defend multiple positions. The lefty can handle the ball and create shots for himself or others. He will score with threes and get downhill in traffic.   57. [player_tooltip player_id='1950104' first='Jonathan' last='Mercado'] Chandler   A 6A playoff improving team that may make a deep run. Mercado is their top scoring lead guard and he will fill it up nightly with jumpers from mid to the three point line and plays at a good pace. He can make players around him better and he loves the big moments.   58. [player_tooltip player_id='1986845' first='Mason' last='Kendrick'] Arcadia   The Titans will get back to the 4A playoffs and should make a deep run with their trio of talent. Mason is the teams do-it-all bigger guard with athleticism and skill. He has one of the prettiest mid-range pull-ups in the state and some bounce to throw it down plus is a sneaky good passer.   59. [player_tooltip player_id='2767903' first='Jacobi' last='Thompson II'] Arcadia   The Titans will get back to the 4A playoffs and should make a deep run with their trio of talent. Jacobi is their star freshman ready to make some serious noise in the AIA. He is one of the best athletes who can defend multiple positions. He also scores it from all levels. He is freshmen of the year candidate.   60. [player_tooltip player_id='1875722' first='Ethan' last='Ulrich'] Cactus Shadows   A sleeper 4A team that could make a deep playoff run. Ulrich is dynamic scoring guard with some serious bounce and skill. He has deep three point range with a quick trigger and he will throw it down with ease on the break. He can also defend a couple positions.   61. [player_tooltip player_id='2291967' first='Kyle' last='Bogart'] Highland   One of the top 6A playoff contenders may have a chance at the final-8 OPEN. Bogart is their top post player who is a top-notch defender who will gobble up rebounds and block or alter shots. He scores it around the basket with layups and dunks it easily.   62. [player_tooltip player_id='1598402' first='Johnny' last='Rios III'] Centennial   One of the 5A teams that can make a deep playoff run. Rios III is the old school floor general that will guide the team flawlessly nightly. He has next level court vision combined with speed and skill. He can hit the three and pull-up from mid-range.   63. [player_tooltip player_id='2275986' first='KJ' last='Fauske'] Seton Catholic   They may make a deep 3A run this year and Faukse will definitely be in the middle of the action for the Sentinels. He is one of the best shooters in 3A and comes with volleyball line range. He is also playing more on the ball and controlling the pace to the game but don't be surprised if he averages 25+ points per game.   64. [player_tooltip player_id='1694989' first='Brody' last='Postorino'] St. Mary's   An obvious title contender in the OPEN. Postorino is a two-way scoring lead guard. He will shoot it easily from the three point line and he has a deceptive burst of speed to get downhill. He moves the ball like you should and he is tough on the ball defensively.   65. [player_tooltip player_id='2143671' first='Ashton' last='Musser'] St. Mary's   An obvious title contender in the OPEN. Musser is their true five man on the team who can play from inside and out. He has soft hands and a nice touch inside and then will step out and hit the three. He rebounds well in his area and will block shots.   66. [player_tooltip player_id='1482211' first='Noah' last='Gloor'] Higley   A scoring lead guard who is finding his way and playing off of the top-3 mentioned. He has unlimited range from well past the three point line and a super quick trigger. He is also a better passer than he gets credited with. The Knights will make the 6A playoffs and be an OPEN contender.   67. [player_tooltip player_id='2107225' first='Mike' last='McIntyre'] Higley   A big man who transferred in from Williams Field is exactly what the team needed. He will control the paint with rebounds at a high rate and block shots better than most sophomores.The Knights will make the 6A playoffs and be an OPEN contender.   68. [player_tooltip player_id='2194481' first='Justin' last='Kimbrough'] Mountain Pointe   One of the 5A teams that can make a deep playoff run. Kimbrough leads the Pride with his pinpoint passing off of live dribbles and sets the table for them. He is quick on the ball to defend and he can score it from all three levels and has a nasty pull-up.   69. [player_tooltip player_id='1676630' first='Kristo' last='Jackson'] San Tan Charter   A big favorite for the OPEN small schools with a deep roster of talent for a 2A school. Jackson is one of the top two-way players in the OPEN division. He is strong and physical and is great in transition. He keeps improving his skill as he ages.   70. [player_tooltip player_id='2387517' first='Jachin' last='Reynolds'] San Tan Charter   A big favorite for the OPEN small schools with a deep roster of talent for a 2A school. Reynolds is a hyper athletic long power forward that is a top of the food chain rebounder and arguably the best shot blocker of anyone in the small schools. He will rim run and score around the basket.   71. [player_tooltip player_id='1780585' first='Aidan' last='Lee Delafield'] Centennial   One of the 5A teams that can make a deep playoff run. Delafield is a hyper athletic scoring lead guard who will fill it up quickly. He loves the floaters, deep jumpers from mid to the three and he can flush it down on the break. He is very fast with the ball.   72. [player_tooltip player_id='2297437' first='Dylan' last='Vargas'] San Tan Charter   A big favorite for the OPEN small schools with a deep roster of talent for a 2A school. Vargas is a twitchy power forward who will throw it down way above the rim. He scores it with dunks, spin moves, rip thrus and will gobble up rebounds.   73. [player_tooltip player_id='2146268' first='Brock' last='Knee'] Arcadia   The Titans will get back to the 4A playoffs and should make a deep run with their trio of talent. Brock is the team's sharp shooting guard from the three point line. He will rattle in threes with range one by one with a quick trigger and make some plays.   74. [player_tooltip player_id='2301235' first='Rhys' last='M. Robinson'] Pinnacle   The Pioneers can make a deep 6A playoff run.The future is bright with some top sophomores with Brown and Robinson. Robinson shoots it well with good size and length. He is a smart player who can take advantage of mismatches and get to the basket plus rebounds well.   75. [player_tooltip player_id='2470696' first='Tyonne' last='Brown'] Pinnacle   The Pioneers can make a deep 6A playoff run. The future is bright with some top sophomores with Brown and Robinson. Brown is a long and lean bigger wing who can shoot the three. He has missed a lot of time with an injury and he will be relied on again this season.   76. [player_tooltip player_id='1893665' first='Cisco' last='Llamas'] Sahuaro   Only 4 players left with real experience after 7 seniors graduated. Llamas will have to shoulder a big load for them to get back to the 4A playoffs. They were the #1 seed last year. He will have to fill it up from all levels and probably average 20+ nightly plus make plays and be a pest on the ball.   77. [player_tooltip player_id='2466075' first='Jayvein' last='Moody'] Mountain Pointe   One of the 5A teams that can make a deep playoff run. Moody is quick with the ball and he can make a play but he is wired to score. He will fill it up from the perimeter with mid-range pull-ups and he is very quick to the basket with his speed.   78. [player_tooltip player_id='1591734' first='TJ' last='Harris'] Liberty   They can make a deep 6A playoff run like most years. They made a huge run last year and if Ramirez plays well, they can again.   246. [player_tooltip player_id='2892770' first='Seth' last='Thompson'] Camp Verde   A good 2A school should have a lot of stats from Thompson all year long with his scoring ability from all levels, shooting and defending. They will be a playoff contender in 2A. Not as well known as some of the others but he is a talented player.   247. [player_tooltip player_id='2842403' first='Malik' last='Frazier'] Bourgade Catholic   A top notch freshmen should lead the somewhat younger team to the 3A playoffs. He can score it from mid to three, uses floaters, handles it well and makes plays. He may only be a freshman but he will most likely guide this team to the playoffs.   248. [player_tooltip player_id='2432555' first='Braylon' last='Tyson'] Highland Prep   A two-way real point guard will score it from all levels but he really defends and facilitates for his teammates to lead them to the 3A playoffs. He is tough to defend on the ball and he will hit shots from the perimeter plus get to the basket with a burst.   249. [player_tooltip player_id='2674196' first='Kaleb' last='Bowen'] Mountain Ridge   A borderline team to make the playoffs in 6A but Bowen will be highly productive with his scoring and rebounding. He can fill it up from the perimeter and get to the basket. Without their go-to scorer from last year, Bowen will need to produce night in and night out.   250. [player_tooltip player_id='1875407' first='Zach' last='Cutler'] AZ College Prep   A borderline team to make the playoffs in 5A but Cutler will have a very good season. He scores it from the perimeter from mid to the three and will work well inside. He will need to be very aggressive this season since they lost some firepower last year.
