Expert Analysis

Melvin Gates

Prep Hoops Scout

An Arizona transfer, Reetz brings high energy and athleticism to the Bulldogs. After watching him at the Brookfield Central Fall League, I see a power forward who is a walking double-double with the potential to become a top-10 player in the 2029 class. He runs the floor hard and blocks shots, and with West Allis Central’s guards feeding him the ball, Reetz looks poised for a season that could send his stock rising.

Azariah Reetz gets it done inside on both offense and defense. On offense, he overpowers his matchup, and it’s difficult to slow him down. He’s the type of player who gets to the free throw line frequently and scores easy buckets by catching lobs. Defensively, he clogs up the paint, and attackers have to think twice about going up with it.
