Moore just recently eclipsed 1000 career points before the end of his junior season and has the Cienega Bobcats in one of their best seasons in school history. Moore is my pick to get the 5A Southern Region Player of the Year award. He’s arguably the best player in the region and you could argue he could win all three (POY, OPOY,DPOY) this season. Moore is the leader of a dangerous Bobcat offense and brings in 15.9 points, 6.4 assists, 5.7 rebounds and 3.2 steals per game. One of the top two way guards in Southern Arizona.

Moore is absolutely fun to watch. Arguably one of the toughest two way guards in the Southern Arizona 2027 class. He scores effectively by getting downhill and going through contact. Can shoot the three ball well currently 44 percent on the season. He’s shooting 55 percent from the field while also adding 5.9 assists per game. On the defensive side Moore is an aggressive and physical defender who is currently averaging 3.8 steals per game. Moore impacts the game at a high level.

Moore stands out no matter the event/showcase. It was no different during the Southern AZ Showcase. Moore is a very vocal, high energy defender. He will pick up the length of the court every possession and more times than not will get a steal or force a bad pass. Very physical and very disciplined. Moore is one of the top two way guards in the Southern AZ 2027 class.

Moore led his team and came out undefeated in the qualifiers. They faced Iolani (HI) and Moore was everywhere. A high percentage three point shooter who went 5/7 from deep. He finished with 23 points on 7/11 FG. He added 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks. His relentless defensive pressure rushed his opponents which led to quite a few turnovers. Full court defender. Moore continues to rise the ranks in his class and is one of the top 2027 guards in Southern Arizona.

There wasn’t a player that played with the energy that I saw from Moore. He plays with everything he has every play. Commands the offense well and can score at will. Has a very quick step and once he’s past his initial defender it leads to a score. Handles contact extremely well and scores through it naturally. Defensively is just a nightmare. Full court defender with a high IQ. Had two highlight reel chase down blocks. Gifted passer. Moore is a lockdown defender. Easily one of the top defenders regardless of class or position.

Jackson is an all around kind of player, getting it done offensively and on the defensive end. He is pretty much everywhere on the court hustling whether it’s playing the passing lane or going for 50/50 balls. Offensively, he’s a savvy playmaker who tends to make the right read to put his teammates in a good position. On the ball he has a steady catch and shoot game from three. Lastly, he’s good at attacking downhill and finishing through contact. Jackson definitely adds value to any team he’s on.
