An unselfish slasher who had the smarts to kick it out when the look was not there. Multiple instances of him spinning inside to the middle of the paint before dishing it off as the defense collapsed on him. He can also slice through defenders and finish at the rim with a layup or a floater when he likes what the defense gives him. The passing was the surprise at this event, and it showed he is more than just a scorer off the bounce.

His command of the offense stood out. He kept the group organized, made sound decisions as the primary ball-handler, and understood when to attack. Once he got downhill, he played through contact and finished with confidence around the rim. Defenders also had to respect his perimeter shot, as he comfortably stepped into threes and made them pay for going under screens or giving him space.

Amir was one of the best prospects in the qualifiers and dominated almost every game. He is a scorer that has a smooth jumper and a nice handle. He can score from all three levels on the court. When getting to the bucket he uses his physicality and strong frame to bully defenders by the rim. Amir has a polished midrange game and scored multiple tough buckets through out the tournament. He was also one of the best shooters in the event with extended range. He is a underrated passer and will thread the needle in the lane and on the break. I expect him to get collage interest through out the year.
