About Adan
Expert Analysis
Delon Bowen | Prep Hoops Scout
Smooth, controlled scorer who operated comfortably out of the mid-range this past weekend—consistently got to his spots and rose into pull-ups with minimal dribbles. His shot-making ability and knack for creating separation allow him to access his spots on demand, a skill set that translates to the next level and beyond. Showed strong activity on the glass, generating multiple second-chance opportunities with his effort on the offensive boards. Produced across all three levels, showing burst off the bounce to get downhill and finish over the top with noticeable pop and bounce.

One of the most polished and complete guards in the country, Diggs is playing up at the 17 U level for Vegas Elite and showing his talents against some of the best players in the country. Diggs is excellent off the ball and he’s able to knock down shots off the catch, attack closeouts and make passes off a live dribble once he gets to the paint. Diggs also can create his own shot with tough shot making being one of his best skills. If Diggs can improve his explosiveness and change of direction he is going to be even tougher to stop because right now he doesn’t need much space to get a bucket. Diggs already has well over a dozen high major offers and is as heavily pursued as any prospect in the 2028 class.

A legitimate three-level scorer who can generate a quality look at any time. Elite shot creator with the ability to operate both on and off the ball, consistently finding space and exploiting defensive gaps. Dangerous in transition, where he turns pace into easy offense and advances the ball quickly with hit-ahead passes. Finishes above the rim and brings added value on the glass. Scores in a variety of ways — capable of carrying offensive stretches, but equally effective playing within a system. Advanced touch in the mid-range — comfortable and efficient even when off balance. High-level decision maker with a mature offensive approach.

Adan is an elite talent that has legit pro potential. Adan can beat you in multiple ways especially from the mid range where he can get hot in an instant. Adan can post up in the midrange and hit fadeaways on the base line or bump off defenders and rise over them. He also has a good pull up from midrange and the three. He can handle the ball under pressure and has a tight handle. When he attacks the rim he does it with speed and aggression and will try to dunk on defenders. Adan’s size and skill is what makes him so special. He lead Millennium to the number 2 seed in the state and was selected as the 6A Central Region Offensive Player of the Year.

Considered among the elite scoring guards in his class nationally, Diggs served notice as to why he’s so highly regarded with a silky-smooth 16 points. Looking perhaps a bit taller than when we’d seen him last, Diggs put on a clinic with his midrange game, hunting his spots efficiently with a polished handle and pristine footwork before elevating into a textbook high release. Particularly impressive was the way he incorporated his 1-on-1 attacks into the general flow of the offense. Diggs also used his length to rake in a trio of steals while flashing some feel as a passer and overall letting the game come to him maturely. He should have a slew of offers from across the country when all is said and done.
