About Benji

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is a Combo guard, Good vision, 3 Level scorer, Versatile defender, High IQ and a Great Communicator on and off the floor.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality and personality consists of a Strong work ethic, Coachable, Team first attitude, Dedicated and Disciplined.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved with the clubs Az Storm, Az FOE, Rip City Elite and Az Unity. I have received principles list and honor roll multiple times.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Some skills I have developed are leadership through communication, which led me to a middle school state championship win. As for community service I have joined church communities to give back to people in need and also have volunteered for nonprofit organizations.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes I had open heart surgery as a young kid.

What type of college are you looking for?

Any college that would allow me to showcase my full potential and continue to develop my skills.

Benji is a smooth shooter with a improved handle on the ball. One of the best shooters in his class made him self a lot more dangerous with his ball handling improvements and ability to score off the dribble. He impressed me with the separation he created with his footwork and dribble moves allowing him to create high level shots. He also will find shooters when he draws multiple defenders making the right play and showing off his high IQ. Defensively he is a pest with his length and great stance. Benji is looking to make a impact on a top 2 team in AZ next year and make a name for him self.
