is the type of guard that makes defenses pay if they give him too much room to let it go. He sees the floor well and gets open for catch-and-shoot opportunities regularly. He also notably has a quick trigger, and his textbook form translates to him connecting at a high clip. Considering his scoring prowess and instincts, I expect he’ll continue to fill it up on offense for the Tucson Spartans.

Sahuaro needed some of their young guys to step up this season and Teasley answered the call. The sophomore averaged 13.8 points, 3.0 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. He was a dependable deep threat knocking down 36 percent of his three with 73 made on the season. Has a very strong knowledge of the game and is a very confident and disciplined player. Guards the length of the court and will out hustle just about anyone. Teasley was selected to the 4A Kino First Team in a season where he put up 373 points. Teasley has one of the strongest work ethics paired with great skill that’ll place him on some radars these next two years.

Another tough, skilled guard for the Sahuaro Cougars. Teasley was active on both sides of the ball and created a big impact for the Cougars. Continues to show he is one of the top shooters off the catch in the 2028 class. Plays with passion and plays effectively. I stated early in the off-season that Teasley would be crucial to the success of the Cougars this season and so far he’s playing like it. Plays the game the right way and at a high level every possession.

Teasley will play a big role for the young Cougars lineup. He has shown to be one of the top three point shooters in the 2028 class. His overall game continues to develop rapidly. One of the better two way guards in Southern Arizona. Teasley made himself known last year as a freshman but I expect him to breakout this season. Expect high percentage shooting and relentless full court defense. Teasley is your do it all guard.

Teasley was not only the best 2028 shooter in the showcase but one of the top shooters regardless of class. Scoring with a very quick and consistent shot. Very skilled dribbler and scores well through contact. One play stood out while watching Teasley. He got a steal, did a wrap around dribble behind his back to get by three defenders and used his speed to score at the other end. Teasley could be a Southern Arizona leader in three point percentage this upcoming season. A great all around guard who will be a key piece to the Sahuaro Cougars upcoming season.

Teasley is always one of my favorite prospects to watch. He plays the game the right way. A tough two way player that makes good things happen on both sides of the ball. Another player ready to breakout. Played limited varsity minutes as a freshmen and has now found himself in a starting role for the Cougars. Very quick feet and skilled dribbler can get to the paint and finish with a nice floater. Excellent shooter off the pass went 3/3 from deep in my viewing. Plays well off both feet can create and can make plays through contact. Big sophomore year ahead for Teasley.
