Expert Analysis
Delon Bowen | Prep Hoops Scout
His ball control and ability to change speeds stand out, allowing him to manipulate defenders and create separation off the dribble. He can get into 3s or turn the corner and attack the basket, keeping defenders from sitting on one option. He stays composed with a live dribble, maintaining his handle until he’s ready to deliver the pass. His assertiveness from beyond the arc adds to his value as a perimeter shot creator.

Great pace of play, often looking like the most in-control player on the court. He lets the game come to him, not trying to force anything, but still gets his at all three levels: off the dribble threes, midrange pullups, and drive-and-spin layups. He has a strong defensive presence, knowing where his spots are and when to get there.

Created quality offense off the dribble, knocking down pull-up threes and getting downhill whenever the opportunity presented itself. Kept the ball on a string throughout, displaying a tight handle and advanced control while breaking defenders down off the bounce. Mixed his speeds extremely well, staying under control and never picking up his dribble until he was ready to make the right play. Shot the ball confidently from beyond the arc, stepping into rhythm threes and showing a quick, repeatable release.
