Kept the ball on a string throughout, displaying a tight handle and advanced control while breaking defenders down off the bounce. Mixed his speeds extremely well, staying under control and never picking up his dribble until he was ready to make the right play. Shot the ball confidently from beyond the arc, stepping into rhythm threes and showing a quick, repeatable release.

Taylan is a young but very skilled point guard who is talented and becoming more of a complete player. Taylan Showed his elite two way ability by getting it done on both ends of the floor. Offensively He uses his tight handle and quick first step to get to the rim to finish strong and through contact. His shot is improving and becoming apart of his game. He has elite IQ and can tread the needle with his high level vision. On the other side he can be a pest by picking up full court shutting down ball handlers with his intensity and work ethic. Taylan is only scratching the surface and is primed for a big summer.

Taylan is a true point guard with the ability to run and control an offense. Despite being a freshman he is a true floor general in a scoring guards game. Taylan has great vision on the break and in the half court. He gives his teammates the ball where they can be successful. He has a tight handle with a quick first step that allows him to get to the rim and finish strong. He is a plus athlete that can finish above the rim. Taylan is just an overall crafty guard that has some flash to his game and a great IQ. Taylan was selected to the 5A Desert West honorable mention.
