This Week's Games to Watch

Here are 15 games I've highlighted for this coming week, including key players to watch. We have a ton of good cross-classification matchups, including a few cross-state matchups. Bellarmine and Camas head over to Spokane to each face off with both Gonzaga Prep and Mt. Spokane. All four teams were state qualifiers last season, and this should be a good barometer for where each team is this winter. Then we have Bainbridge hosting Lake Washington on Saturday. The Spartans made it into last season's opening round of the 2A tournament, but fell to Franklin Pierce. This is a chance for them to build some early-season momentum and compete with an up-and-coming 4A team that also fell in the opening round of last year's state tournament. We also have a handful of teams looking to replace key players.
