Theilman is a key wing at Bainbridge who brings some slashing and athleticism to the floor. He plays with good pace, making quick decisions with the ball, has the ability to quickly stop and hit some pull-up midrange shots, and can stretch the floor from outside. His length and ability to attack around the paint will be big for them, but he’s also got the athleticism to be a factor on the glass and defend multiple positions.

Thielman has looked pretty solid this summer. He has a good mix of size, touch, and handle that’s allowed him to be a pretty effective and diverse attacker out of the midrange areas. Has enough athleticism to make plays by the rim and cover some ground defensively.
