Gunnar was the 2nd half of a dynamic guard combination for the Lyncs. They are a 1A favorite as we enter the state tourney and Dykstra is a big reason why. He is a lethal three point shooter, having legitimate range and a fast release. He can dribble the ball well and attacks the paint smoothly, having different ways to finish to get the bucket.

The smooth-shooting lefty showed some legit skill last season with his ability to drop in outside shots, attack closeouts, and handle the ball with a good base and change of direction. He’s a kid who has the ability to rack up threes and then play off of that by getting into space and making the defense move.
