Last season when Jerome was a sophomore, he led Lummi to the state tournament and had high expectations. Unfortunately, Toby got hurt during their first game and shocked the Blackhawks. Toby worked hard to get back on the court and was going 100% by September after the season. This year, he had a massive junior year. He won the 1B boys player of the year and even lead Lummi back to the top by claiming the state championship.

His speed is getting back to 100% and I might even say he is quicker after his physical therapy sessions.
