Closing out the 2023-24 season's high school basketball coverage with a look at the top players from Class 4A all the way down to Class B. With over 300 teams in the "Small School" classifications it was tough to narrow the teams down to only a handful of players. With that in mind and the wide scope of teams from all over the state, each team will have 13 players each. Which lines up with the number of scholarships Divison One programs have to give out for basketball. Also, team success and seniority often served as tiebreakers.
