He scored in double figures in each contest, banged a total of 16 three-point shots and did not miss a foul attempt. His smooth, smart and skilled play helped Kimberly to a 3-1 record in the event, despite playing without standout senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='2140869' first='Alex' last='Krause'], who was attending an out-of-state volleyball tournament. Wyngaard averaged 8.7 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists as a sophomore for the Papermakers and appears poised to drastically increase those numbers in 2026-27.

Pools A/B Breakout Performer
[player_tooltip player_id='2824123' first='Chase' last='Nitz'], 6-2, Sr., G, Neenah
The Rockets are blessed with an extraordinary senior class that features quickness, size, depth and experience. Nitz is a key player in coach Lee Rabas' program and proved as much with his 15-point scoring spree in the Pools A/B title game against Brookfield East. Nitz can score from the perimeter, but he's also got the size and speed to score well in transition over taller defenders trailing the play or even waiting for him at the rim. Nitz can play in the backcourt or frontcourt so his versatility will be of vital importance as the Rockets set out to win the Fox Valley Association championship next winter.

Pools A/B All-Tournament Team
[player_tooltip player_id='2824735' first='JT' last='Meyer'], 6-10, Sr., Bay Port
[player_tooltip player_id='2386506' first='Jackson' last='Rykal'], 5-11, Soph., Bay Port
[player_tooltip player_id='2508468' first='Ben' last='Wittnebel'], 6-6, Jr., Beaver Dam
[player_tooltip player_id='2371701' first='Isaiah' last='Yuenger'], 6-4, Sr., Beaver Dam
[player_tooltip player_id='2140937' first='Jonah' last='Cannizzo'], 6-1, Sr., Brookfield East
[player_tooltip player_id='2140915' first='Eric' last='Dusick'], 6-7, Sr., Brookfield East
[player_tooltip player_id='2853467' first='Max' last='McMullen'], 6-0, Soph., Brookfield East
[player_tooltip player_id='2628474' first='Ransom' last='Dickerson'], 6-5, Sr., D.C. Leading Scorers: [player_tooltip player_id='2412456' first='Tyler' last='Schwalbach'] (K) 19, [player_tooltip player_id='2402510' first='Drew' last='Bowers'] (K) 16, [player_tooltip player_id='2400276' first='Cooper' last='McMullin'] (K) 8, [player_tooltip player_id='2618950' first='Silas' last='Cohen'] (D) 26, [player_tooltip player_id='2502918' first='Will' last='Krueger'] (D) 13.

Pools C/D Most Valuable Player
[player_tooltip player_id='2412456' first='Tyler' last='Schwalbach'], 6-3, Jr., G, Kaukauna Black
He's the straw that stirs the drink for Kaukauna. Schwalbach sets up the Ghosts offense and makes it click with his ability to constantly get around defenders to either score at the rim or kick the ball out to tremendous shooters like [player_tooltip player_id='2402510' first='Drew' last='Bowers'], [player_tooltip player_id='2399831' first='Josh' last='Carl'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2400276' first='Cooper' last='McMullin']. Of course, like all Kaukauna players, Schwalbach can put the ball in the basket from outside the arc as well. He's a very good scorer, but Schwalbach might be at his best when he's setting up his teammates as defenses collapse in an attempt to cut off his driving lanes to the basket. Defensively, Schwalbach is a very capable on-ball defender due to his length, size and lateral quickness.

Pools C/D Breakout Performer
[player_tooltip player_id='2618950' first='Silas' last='Cohen'], 6-3, Jr., G, De Pere
It's starting to get to the point where Cohen no longer is a breakout performer but rather one of the best in the state at his position. He continues to move up in the Prep Hoops Player Rankings due to his combination of size, bounce and skill. He's also a very competitive and confidence player who soars to the rim and finishes with dunks. Cohen popped in 26 points in the Pools C/D title game against Kaukauna Black despite being one of the focal points of the Ghosts' defense. He from deep with five three-point baskets but also got to the rim and foul line. Toledo recently extended a scholarship offer to the emerging class of 2028 prospect. Look for many more to come his way over the next several months.

Pools C/D All-Tournament Team
[player_tooltip player_id='2447771' first='Ethan' last='Arft'], 6-6, Jr., Appleton North
[player_tooltip player_id='2447768' first='Matt' last='Rosplochowski'], 6-2, Jr., Appleton North
[player_tooltip player_id='2618950' first='Silas' last='Cohen'], 6-3, Jr., De Pere
[player_tooltip player_id='2502918' first='Will' last='Krueger'], 6-5, Sr., De Pere
[player_tooltip player_id='3020288' first='Austin' last='Robinson'], 6-3, Sr., Homestead
[player_tooltip player_id='2138098' first='Michael' last='Rogers Jr.'], 5-11, Sr., Homestead
[player_tooltip player_id='2402510' first='Drew' last='Bowers'], 6-1, Soph., Kaukauna Black
[player_tooltip player_id='2399831' first='Josh' last='Carl'], 6-2, Sr., Kaukauna Black
[player_tooltip player_id='2412456' first='Tyler' last='Schwalbach'], 6-3, Jr., Kaukauna Black
[player_tooltip player_id='3102864' first='Levi' last='Janssen'], 5-10, Jr., Marshfield
[player_tooltip player_id='2389647' first='Camden' last='Kolstad'], 6-2, Sr., Marshfield
[player_tooltip player_id='2140987' first='Tyson' last='Busch'], 6-1, Sr., Oak Creek
[player_tooltip player_id='2423629' first='Carson' last='Peterburs'], 6-4, Sr., Oak Creek
[player_tooltip player_id='2508494' first='Isaac' last='Feske'], 6-3, Sr., Seymour
[player_tooltip player_id='2615539' first='Jordan' last='Krause'], 6-0, Jr., Seymour
[player_tooltip player_id='2473025' first='Jackson' last='Bouressa'], 6-6, Sr., Stevens Point
[player_tooltip player_id='2436994' first='Keegan' last='Krull'], 5-11, Frosh., Stevens Point
[player_tooltip player_id='1900422' first='Donovan' last='Calloway'], 6-2, Sr., Wauwatosa East
[player_tooltip player_id='2140973' first='Parker' last='Mitchell'], 6-1, Sr., Wauwatosa East

Neenah captured the Pools A-B title and Kaukauna Black won the Pools C/D crown at the 24th annual Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Summer Tournament held June 19-20-21 in Kaukauna.
