Having watched Mitchell (6-1) on a few occasions, I can firmly say that he is one of the better pure shooters/scorers of the summer. A true three-level scorer, Mitchell has shown stretches where he is unconscious, from deep, where everything he throws up goes in. When he starts to cool a bit, Mitchell also has shown his ability to get by his defender equally comfortable from mid-range as he is getting to the rim. From what I have seen, this summer, Mitchell looks poised to form a lethal 1-2 punch with his previously mentioned teammate Donovan CallowayDonovanCalloway

for the Red Raiders this fall.
Mitchell is another talented backcourt prospect for the Team Herro
National squad. The six-foot-one guard also attends Wauwatosa East, and has a diverse set of skills on and off the ball. On the ball Mitchell does a great job of creating through his tight handle, pulling up from the mid range, and creating shots for his teammates. When he is able to get to the rim, Mitchell can finish athletically and physically through contact. Off the ball, Parker is a great floor spacer because of his ability to knock down deep triples with his footwork and quick release on catch and shoot threes. A dynamic left-handed prospect, I would anticipate Mitchell being in the mix heavily for a talented Red Raider offense for his senior season, as he builds on his 10.1ppg output from last season.
I had the chance to watch Mitchell play, in both of his games, and it really showed the diversity in his game. The first game Mitchell was unconscious, from three, making five in the first half alone without hitting rim. In the second game, he took more of a lead role getting to the basket, with ease, and finishing everything he threw up from 15 feet and in. For as lethal of an option Mitchell was, on offense, he was also solid, on defense where he used active hands and great anticipation leading to several steals and deflections.
A steady wing prospect who blends well and makes the right play when the ball finds him, Mitchell showed the ability to score from deep and off the dribble at The Expo. His size and lateral mobility in space allow him to guard either guard position and he also can find his way to the boards and grab some rebounds. Mitchell earned some valuable playing time with the varsity squad at Wauwatosa East as a sophomore, in large part because of his versatility and penchant for doing the correct things on the court. He will be counted up to play an even bigger role for coach Tim Arndorfer’s squad in 2025-26.
