This season he continues to show he is the real deal, leading Blake to an undefeated start so far. 3-level scorer with unique size and ability. Hard to ignore what Baba is putting together out in Montgomery County.   6'3 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2353538' first='Eric' last='Turner'] | Coolidge HS   Eric has incredible potential and already encompasses the skill to impact the game at a high level. High-level scorer who has good feel at a young age. Can create for himself well off the dribble and will likely improve his playmaking as his experience continues to increase.    6'4 G/F [player_tooltip player_id='2623269' first='Marcus' last='Dunbar'] | McKinley Tech   McKinley Tech has been making some noise this year, with a big thanks from [player_tooltip player_id='2623269' first='Marcus' last='Dunbar']. The young forward has been helping lead Tech Prep charge. Averaging a steady 13 and 8 and consistently producing. Exciting to see the way he is progressing this year after an impressive summer.    5'11 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2353569' first='Makiah' last='Gray'] | Coolidge HS   Makiah has impressed this year as a consistent product for Calvin Coolidge. He exerts maximum effort on defense and he can shoot the lights out on the other end. Makiah is a smart guard, makes nice reads in the open floor and makes a true impact for the Colts each game.    6'3 G [player_tooltip player_id='2575614' first='Keon' last='Scott'] | Meade HS   Keon gets it done from all three levels scoring the ball. He has a smooth jumpshot and handle that he uses well to get to his spots offensively. Nice size at the guard spot with a lot of potential. Efficiency seems to improve as time progresses.   Most Improved Player of the Year   6'4 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2623334' first='Lane' last='Mahan'] | Jackson Reed   Lane has had an incredible impact for the Tentley Tigers so far this season. His 3pt shot is automatic and he is active on both sides of the floor all game. Hustles for rebounds and scores a lot of points off being in the right position ready to shoot. Stepping up well as a starter.   6'6 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2548905' first='Angelo' last='Cunningham'] | Gwynn Park   Role continues to increase for Gwynn Park. Plays well on the wing and can shoot the ball from outside. Willing defender that puts in effort all game long. Potential is there for Angelo to become a top forward prospect in PG county.   6'5 F [player_tooltip player_id='2623243' first='Bryson' last='Mims'] | Southern HS   Big body with good skill. Can be a double-double threat with the time and focus on his role. Bryson has good strength and size at the forward spot and will be exciting to see as the years progress. Joined the Prep Hoops rankings after showing well before the beginning of the year and looks to keep momentum going.   6'1 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2722748' first='Chance' last='Hegedus'] | Queen Annes County   Chance flashes some nice ability with his touches. Has stretches where he can take over the offense and get baskets up in a flurry. Has a good feel for the game and will be a big name for Queen Anne's this year and the following two.   6'3 G [player_tooltip player_id='2889362' first='Canaan' last='Ward'] | Largo HS   With consistent production Canaan can find solid rotational minutes within a deep Largo guard tandem. He has the size to be a great 3&D type of guy for the Lions who can slash the basket. He has nice touch and defensive instincts that will likely expand as Ward's skillset increases.   Defensive Player of the Year   6'5 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2353603' first='Jabreem' last='Harvey'] | Coolidge HS   Jabreem specializes as a defensive player that uses his size and athleticism to his advantage. He is lengthy at 6'5" and can impact the game defensively when he's inside.   6'4 G [player_tooltip player_id='2571840' first='Bryce' last='McQuarter'] | Largo HS   Bryce is another guard for Largo that can chip in with consistent minutes and production. Great size and mobility at the wing spot that enables him to get out and defend scoring guards or forwards. Valuable piece to have when the team is looking for a 3&D plug-in to the lineup.   6'7 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2612922' first='David' last='Barker'] | Wise HS   David engulfs the paint at times with his intimidating height and timing. He can block and effect shots at the rim well and puts in valuable minutes at the big position. A player to keep an eye on as he has swooped onto some radars with his play as another recent addition to the rankings.   6'5 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2610759' first='Andre' last='Techeuffa'] | Coolidge HS   Improving nicely for Coolidge and showing more on both ends of the floor. Andre defends well and protects the basket. Can step out and is willing to defend the wing position on the perimeter, which is crucial at his size playing the forward position. Andre will likely draw high-scoring matchups often due to his versatility.
