The now 13 team league is still one of the best leagues in the state. We give you our all league picks, the power rankings, and where we think these teams will land this year categorically.   Conference Commentary   Top Ten in State: Totino-Grace   With Maple Grove gone and Park Center starting over, Totino-Grace is the class of the league and I think they are the class by a long shot. They have so much more depth than everybody else in the league it's wild. The season seems like a collision course with DeLaSalle but there is a long road to get there full of good games that will test them. Will those games come in section play? I think there are four teams that can push TG for some time but if the Eagles are on their game their depth will completely beat teams down.   Top Ten Potential: Osseo, Champlin Park, Spring Lake Park, Anoka   We have talked about the depth of the best teams in Class AAAA extensively (as well as TG and De) but after that there are going to be good teams battling just under them (think spots 6/7-10 in Class AAAA) and I think the Orioles, Rebels, Panthers and Tornadoes all have a chance to hit those areas if the depth develops. I would say Osseo has four really good players, CP has three, SLP has three, and Anoka has three. Assuming all those guys develop like expected, it's up to chemistry and dept developing to be the top challenger to TG (and to get to the top ten).   Compete with Most: Elk River, Andover, Blaine, Centennial   I think the Elks could be in that top ten potential group with a good chemistry and maybe Andover who has a decent amount of players returning. Blaine and Centennal both have a really good player and a returning guy or two that will make them competitive but they seem to be in the second half of these league power rankings wise.   Rebuilding: Park Center, Armstrong, Coon Rapids, Rogers   PC lost their coach and all of their players that had high potential or that played last year. It's a start over. So many transfers out and a lot of starting over. But if you are going to start over, having Bo Powell is a good place to start. Armstrong lost their top two scorers but I think they can improve on their win total with the up and coming players.
