The Iowa State recruit moves up two spots as he leap frogs both Rogers and Hannah. <br><br>Mitchell, the returning Player of the Year in the Fox Valley Association, averaged 25.7 points, 8.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists as a junior. He begins his senior season with 1,818 career points. <br><br>Sitting right behind Mitchell are three players who also have made verbal commitments to attend high-major NCAA Division I programs.<br><br>Second-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1351717' first='Zach' last='Kinziger'] of De Pere is headed to Wisconsin and moves up two spots in the Player Rankings. The smooth 6-foot-3 combination guard is one of the state's elite shooters and his range extends well beyond the three-point arc. Kinziger is more than just a shooter, though, as he defends well on the perimeter and can juke his way around opponents with a nice step-back mid range jump shot. Kinziger averaged 19.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists as a junior and starts his final year of high school basketball with 1,248 points.<br><br>Third-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1447228' first='Jamarion' last='Batemon'] of Milwaukee Academy of Science recently opted to join Mitchell in the recruiting class at Iowa State. Batemon is a 6-foot-3 wing guard with deep shooting range, quick hands on defense and the ability to push the ball in transition. Like Mitchell and Kinziger, Batemon has been a highly productive high school player for MAS, one of the state's top programs. He averaged 21.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists last winter and has scored 1,248 points career the points.<br><br>Fourth-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1447229' first='Will' last='Garlock'] of Middleton committed to Wisconsin earlier in the summer after also considering offers from Iowa and Marquette, among others. The 6-foot-11 forward is exceptionally mobile and can make plays from the high post or near the basket. He has missed the club season due to an injury, but is coming off a junior season in which he averaged 16.9 points and 8.5 rebounds.<br><br>Fifth-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1853648' first='Gavin' last='Gores'] (6-10) of Cumberland moves up nine spots and is one of the state's most highly sought after prospects at this point. He owns DI offers from Green Bay, Loyola (Maryland), South Dakota State, Toledo and Wyoming. Moreover, Gores picked up an offer this week from Illinois after he performed well for the [program_tooltip program_id='2076033' first='Wisconsin' last='Playmakers'] in an event near Atlanta during the live period last weekend. Like Garlock, Gores can play inside and outside. He had a monster junior season at Cumberland, averaging 28.6 points and 13.1 rebounds. <br><br>Rounding out the updated Top 10 are five players who also improved their stock in recent months.<br><br>Sixth-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1351718' first='Aaron' last='Womack'] (6-6) of Dominican is a terrific athlete with length and skill. He moved up five spots.<br><br>Seventh-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1412882' first='Luka' last='Momcilovic'] (6-8) is having a very solid club season after turning in a strong junior campaign for Pewaukee. He has several DII offers and moved up 22 spots, and thus is the biggest stock booster among the top 10. <br><br>Eighth-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1435902' first='Trevor' last='Polite'] (6-6) of Homestead is a physical wing who can play different positions and make shots from different spots on the floor. He moved up nine spots.<br><br>Ninth-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1908410' first='Pryce' last='Gregoire'] (6-7) of De Pere is much like Momcilovic as he is a skilled player with size and athleticism. He also owns several DII offers and moved up 15 spots. <br><br>Tenth-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1300316' first='Myles' last='Herro'] (6-2) of Whitnall performed well on the club circuit's biggest stage last spring as the starting point guard for the [program_tooltip program_id='2391400' first='Team' last='Herro'] squad that plays in the Nike EYBL circuit. Herro, a pass-first lead guard with great vision and exceptional unselfishness, recently picked up a DI offer from Southern Illinois.<br><br>Other players in the updated rankings who moved up at least 10 spots include:<br><br>No. 12 [player_tooltip player_id='1481178' first='Cooper' last='Jesperson'] (6-3) of Eau Claire Memorial (from 22 to 12).
