These top ten are based on college potential, which often exceeds individual statistics. Every member of the top ten holds at least one D1 offer and most hold several. Here’s a look at the top Point Guard prospects in the updated 2025 rankings. This does not include players ranked in the top 10 of the class.

Continue ReadingPrice had a really big Junior season and has established himself as one of the top shooters in the class. He also got Butler County to Rupp Arena for the first time in history. Ty holds multiple D1 offers and with his shot making ability, more could come his way this summer.
One of my favorite players to watch in the class, Waide is an old school floor general in the mold of a Chris Paul type guard. Santi took advantage of more time at the point after Jasper Johnson’s transfer and had a big Junior season despite an injury limiting him in the middle of the season.
Finley was another guard who was limited to about half a season due to injury but he immediately made a difference when he got back on the court. Eli is a talented scoring guard and can get hot in a hurry. Already holding some scholarship offers, look for Finley to add more to his list this AAU season.
Recently announcing a transfer to Newport, Rondon is a super talented point guard who has the ability to run a team as well as creating his own offense when needed. Yamil’s transfer will make Newport an even heavier favorite to repeat in the 9th region.
One of the biggest movers in this update, Chance led St. X in scoring and facilitated open looks for teammates early and often over the course of the season. Dillingham holds a D2 offer and could see more recruitment come his way with a big spring and summer of AAU.
