The far western Kentucky area is our weakest point for coverage for sure so it’s easier for kids to slip through the cracks. Luke is a very solid point guard who is comfortable facilitating or scoring. A good shooter, Luke is likely a top 5-8 player in the first region as a Senior and should be drawing interest from D3 schools in Kentucky, Illinois, etc.

Sims is like many players who came from Western Kentucky Saturday in the sense that it was the first time getting eyes on him. Luke showed he’s a knockdown shooter and more than capable as a ball handler. His team was loaded with guards so he didn’t play the point a ton but he played well enough to show he needs to be in the next rankings update for 2025.
