The 7-footer is one of the most improved players in Ohio from when I first saw him in the fall, making huge strides both offensively and physically for his Spire International squad. Hailemichael has the size to be a force as a rebounder, rim protector and screener. His skill development shows he’s willing to put the work in and is an interesting bet for a program that’s going to be patient and allow him to grow in their system. A developmental big for a Division I program, I’ll be curious to see where Hailemichael ends up next year.
