Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Machum is a quick-draw scorer who has no issues getting shots off from a variety of areas on the floor. He can create separation for himself off the bounce and showed the ability to make plays for others as well. His ability to put the ball in the basket was one of the ways his Spire squad was able to stay in the game. Machum’s shot-making and ability to create offense for himself give him multiple ways to impact the game.

The lone lefty in the gym, I liked what Machum brought to the table as the Canadian guard displayed the ability to play on or off the ball, stay on balance and fare well Vs pressure. Looking like a strong rotational piece for Spire’s International group that will be competing in the Elite Prep League, Machum should be relied on to break pressure, knock down shots and attack closeouts to set up teammates.
