We at Prep Hoops Pennsylvania have officially released our Class of 2027 rankings. There is a changing of the guard at the top of the state, as [player_tooltip player_id='2398422' first='Korey' last='Francis'] has claimed the No. 1 spot. Francis did a lot to elevate his stock throughout the spring and summer, putting together several successful outings in front of college coaches during the live periods. His performances caught the attention of numerous mid-major-plus and high-major programs, many of which made him a priority throughout the summer.
