Rafael Guthrie: Georgetown Day (DC) to McKinley Tech (DC)   -Guthrie's transfer gives the Trainers a dynamic floor general that can make plays for others, defend, and score. Massengo is an explosive forward prospect that can block shots, run the floor, and finish plays above the rim     Darrell Davis: Boys' Latin (MD) to Spire (OH)   -One of the best PG products of the area, Davis should turn heads this season on the Nike Scholastic circuit playing for a HS coaching legend in Kevin Boyle's first season with Spire as a dynamic floor general that can both score and distribute at a high level     Jamaal McKnight: DeMatha (MD) to Long Island Lutheran (NY)   -DM loses its tenacious floor leader, LuHi adds a dynamic scoring PG that should win them some games early on after most of LuHi's depth at the position graduated last year     Christian Proctor: DeMatha (MD) to Long Island Lutheran (NY)   -LuHi adds a young wing prospect that should contribute as a versatile defender that can space the floor with his perimeter shooting and straight line drives at the rim while projecting as a high-level wing defender     Ashton Graves: Carroll (DC) to Hudson Catholic (NJ)   -Carroll loses its second leading scorer as Graves heads up the turnpike to join HC, a move that will likely result in a bigger role as a scoring CG prospect that should be productive in a state that loves its scoring guards     Jayden Mills: McNamara (MD) to Ireton (VA)   -Mills adds a frontcourt presence that is sorely needed, giving Ireton a starter with some upside that can stretch the floor with both his passing and shooting, rebound or score in the low post     Malachi Terrell: Gonzaga (DC) to St James (VA)   -Tough blow to a rebuilding Gonzaga team but Terrell should impact as a point guard that has added a ton of scoring versatility and vertical pop off the bounce to his game this summer     Jacoby Briscoe: Riverdale to St James   -Dynamic scoring wing that should carve out a big role for himself at the StJ as a prospect that can shoot, create his own shot, finish at the rim, and provide some defensive versatility     Makiah Gray: Coolidge to Bethel   -Tough loss as the 2-year starter joins a Bethel program under new management, will be interesting to see how he is used in the backcourt as a pure point guard that can call his own number when needed     Ja'Ron Rucker: Riverdale to O'Connell   -Should give the Knights a much-needed boost on the wings as a solid W/F scoring prospect that can put the ball on the floor, open up driving lanes with his shooting, and provide some defensive versatility     '28 Transfers   Maceui Kodi: Georgetown Prep (MD) to Highland School (VA)   -W/F tweener with some upside as a scorer and finisher follows his brother to the Highland School where he should have a bigger role as a developing forward prospect
