-The electric scoring PG enjoyed a productive and efficient summer on the circuit with NW. The A&M commit can really fill it up from all 3 levels and is starting to understand how he can utilize his scoring gravity to create for others off the bounce. Mundey has long been the most consistent source of 20 point scoring in the area by how frequently he earns trips to the line but also mixes that in with high-level iso scoring. I expect that momentum to push him towards an All-Met slot if things go to plan this season as Mundey heads into his senior year.

He was the most athletic guard in practice, consistently operating at a different pace than his peers. A dynamic north-south playmaker and scorer, he attacked with purpose and explosiveness, keeping defenders on their heels.

-The lightning quick scoring CG maintains his #2 spot after a productive summer both with his AAU and HS teams. Love the consistency that we see from him as a scorer who rarely puts up less than 20 points in a game thanks to his foul-drawing and finishing abilities in the paint. His jumper has gotten more fluid off the bounce as well, enabling him to create for himself at all 3 levels as a more well-rounded prospect.

was one of the best guards in the DMV, and it’s not surprising he was eye-catching for PG Christian against St. Frances. Neiko showed off his athleticism and finishing ability in the open court multiple times. He had a dunk following a steal, and not many guys are better than Neiko when going downhill. He knocked down a few threes as well and finished with 21 points in a close loss to St. Frances. He averaged 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5.5 assists in two games.

-The #2 player in our 2026 class proved his value as a dynamic scorer that has finished with at least 20 points in every game that I’ve seen him in (AAU or HS) since transferred to PGCA after his freshman season. The consistent scoring has taken a leap with an improved jumper off the bounce but the secret to his continued success is his ability to draw contact in the paint and earn himself trips to the line. Mundey is almost automatic on touch shots in the paint and has improved his layup package to be able to score over or around a variety of defenders that each team he faces will throw at him throughout the game. As he continues to ratchet up the pressure defensively and use his scoring gravity to create for others, I believe more and more high major college basketball coaches will pull the trigger on a scholarship offer.

-A smooth scoring point guard that sets the pace for a rolling PGCA team, Mundey consistently scores at least 20 in every game we see despite facing double and sometimes triple teams. His balance and the spring from his legs on perimeter jumpshots has made the shooting a more consistent weapon but his ability to get to the rim and the FT line results in very consistent offensive performances from his team. As his team continues to gel and work in some new pieces, we’d like to see him take advantage of his scoring gravity to create easy looks for teammates off the bounce.

32p 5r 3a 3s vs Phelps
-Mundey stepped onto the floor with something to prove and made a big time statement. The usual off-balance perimeter shot-making was on display but Mundey was looking for blood off the bounce– hammering home several explosive dunks on overmatched defenders both in the halfcourt and in transition. Mundey’s ability to generate his own offense against different types of defenders while getting to the line with regularity and mixing in high-percentage looks in the paint when his team NEEDS a bucket shows the growth in his game. He looked more engaged defensively, is doing a better job of skipping the ball opposite to create high percentage looks for his teammates, and is playing with the consistent motor that you would expect from a top-5 player in the local 2026 class.

26p 4r 1a 4/7 3p vs Wildcat Select
-Put on a show in a matchup with a really talented WS team, scoring from all 3 levels and working his way to the FT line to keep chipping away at the lead. The perimeter shooting has improved to make him a more difficult cover in ball screens and he’s beginning to knock down shots off the bounce with range. Mundey split double teams, attacked outside shoulder to get downhill, and hit several off balance floaters off glass through contact to frustrate the defense. Using his scoring gravity to draw two and hit the cutter will be the next step in his progression, along with peskier on-ball defense and screen navigation on the perimeter.

Neiko has quietly been one of the top guards in his class over the last couple of years. Neiko is an extremely gifted athlete that has improved his shot making each time I see him play. The thing that separates Neiko is his ability to score in a variety of ways making him a true three level scorer. He’s the kid that wants the ball in his hands at the end of games and he takes on the challenge of defending his position. As a sophomore this year he was the leading scorer for a loaded Shabach Christian squad. His development will continue to increase which is why a lot of scouts have him on their board.

showed real flashes in the second half versus the Atlanta Celtics on Saturday Morning. He took over the beginning of the second half, showing great knowledge of how to use his body to create space or get to the free-throw line. He is very capable scoring off the bounce and has a nice pull-up game. Mundey also impressed in the pick-and-roll offense, attacking coverages and finding the holes to create buckets for himself or teammates. He finished with 13 Points and 4 Assists in the win.
