Likely the highest upside perimeter prospect at this event, Sanders’ strength and skill make him a difficult matchup even against the best defenders. He has no trouble throwing down dunks at the rim, although was most active taking contact while mid-air and contribute soft finishes.
Braketa is continuing to dominate as a three level scorer, particularly elite shooting the ball. He does an excellent job of cutting and staying a threat while away from the ball.
With the ball on a string, Nesbitt is a dependable facilitator on one of the most competitive clubs in the state. He likes to attack the rim, drawing in the defense for kickouts to shotmakers.
One of the more skilled finishers around the rim, Armstrong was adept at contributing and-1 finishers through contact. A skilled ball handler versus pressure, he was among the most exciting perimeter players at this event.
Caiden Braketa Caiden Braketa 6'3" | CG Ralston Valley | 2026 State CO
Effective as a primary decision maker alongside shotmakers and rim rollers, Braketa continues to provide steady production. Consistent drilling threes behind the arc, opponents had a hard time matching up with Braketa and the wide array of scoring threats on this B&B 16U group playing up in the 17U division.
Montoya is another pure point guard, a proactive facilitator who looks to get teammates easy shots. Despite his size, he is one of the most exciting guards to watch in that class.
A taller guard, Esau impressed through his finishing around the rim versus contact. He has no trouble splitting two or dribbling through aggressive help defense to clear up a driving lane.
Dominic Rhoades-Martinez Dominic Rhoades-Martinez 6'0" | PG Denver South | 2025 State #369 Nation CO
Rhoades-Martinez remains one of the best lead guards in the 2025 class, a strong finisher around the rim. Capable of knocking down movement jumpers or floaters in traffic, the lead guard will be primed for a productive summer.
Lorenzo Contreras Lorenzo Contreras 5'9" | PG Smoky Hill | 2025 State CO
Contreras is still one of the highest IQ players in the state, possessing that x-factor skill at seeing plays before they happen. Another pure lead guard, he does a great job bending the defense and setting up shotmakers.
Christian Williams Christian Williams 6'2" | PG Chaparral | 2027 State CO
Williams continues to impress, through his constant motor and efficient finishing in the paint. He is one of the top guards in the state, especially when factoring in age and upside.

The scoring guard is a skilled ball handler and shotmaker off the dribble, certainly one of the most flashy perimeter prospects to follow in the Colorado Springs area.
A composed facilitator under pressure, capable of changing speeds and putting pressure on the rim in a split second.
A taller lead guard, Dee-Mortensen is one of the higher upside guards in that area due to his shotmaking versatility with the ball.
Maurice Fulcher Maurice Fulcher 6'0" | PG Denver East | 2025 State CO
A creative perimeter playmaker, the guard often leveraged his quickness and handle to attack the lane, effective stepping into mid-range jumpers quickly.
Lalo Gonzales Lalo Gonzales 5'8" | PG Lutheran | 2025 State CO
Although undersized, Gonzales is an efficient shotmaker off the catch or bounce. He brings a constant motor on the boards or on help side defense.
Anthony Nettles Anthony Nettles 5'10" | PG Douglas County | 2025 State CO
Nettles is such a unique perimeter playmaker, capable scoring in droves, scoring 11 straight points in one of his matchups.
