Howery’s decision making across the board has played a vital role in facilitating Chaparral’s impactful offense. A dependable connector within winning programs, both club and at the varsity level, he finds ways to put his teammates in positions to succeed. Dualling as a growing athletic finisher around the rim, Howery is more than capable of contributing mid-air finishes with or without contact. One of the better 6A rebounders in this class, Howery has a nose for the ball. Defensively, his reach and awareness allows the guard to already be a proactive defender, especially at this stage in his career.
