918 Invasion
Some of the projected top prospects at the Expo are players who are making their way down the Turner Turnpike. Headlining the 2024 class is elite scoring guard Kabron Lewis Kabron Lewis 6'2" | CG Hale | 2024 State OK of Tulsa Hale. Look for Lewis is make highlights all day Sunday with a deep scoring bag and improving creation for others abilities. Three of the top juniors from Tulsa will also be in attendance. Union’s Korbin Gunn Korbin Gunn 6'1" | PG Union | 2025 State OK is a traditional point guard, quick and creative, who should shine in a camp setting as a player who gets his teammates involved. Triston Driver Triston Driver 6'0" | PG Union | 2025 State OK has an impressive spring and summer as a scorer and will be stepping into a huge role for Bixby. Meanwhile sharpshooting Deke Thompson Deke Thompson 6'3" | SG Sand Springs | 2025 State OK is headed to a new school, Sand Springs, and will be looking to show how his game as evolved over the last six months.
Small Town Spotlight
Scouting small town prospects during the high school season can be difficult due to the logistics of travel, and they often don’t play as many marquee games as players in Oklahoma’s metropolitan areas. Which is why fall camps are so valuable to get a check in on the progression of prospects and cast an eye to planning trips to small towns this winter.
A couple of these prospects helped further establish themselves as names to know in Oklahoma last year at the Big House. Both 2025 Diezel Davis Diezel Davis 5'10" | PG Okay | 2025 State OK (Okay) and 2026 Jett Mueggenborg Jett Mueggenborg 6'2" | SG Okarche | 2026 State OK (Okarche) torched the nets and turned heads early last March. 2025 Kobe Freeman Kobe Freeman 5'11" | PG Purcell | 2025 State OK will be looking to bring his Purcell Dragons to the Big House after coming up bitterly short last season. Similar to fellow 2025 Gunn from Tulsa, Freeman is another complete lead guard who will be getting his teammates involved, while also likely pulling up from deep and in the mid-range.
2025 guard Bryce Cowns Bryce Cowns 6'1" | PG McLoud | 2025 State OK of McLoud will be one of the hardest working players at the event, who’s sure to turn heads with his improving explosiveness at the rim. A pair of 2026s that have Big House dreams to keep an eye on are Tayt Jackson Tayt Jackson 6'0" | CG Bristow | 2026 State OK (Bristow) and Orsan Jubara Orsan Jubara 6'1" | CG Arapaho-Butler | 2026 State OK (Arapaho Butler). 2025 JaShawn Davison (Wagoner) is an interesting name from eastern Oklahoma, with a reputation as a big time shooter.
Who’s next in 2026?
The sophomore season is usually a big transition period for prospects as they earn more minutes and valuable roles for their high school team. This camp could provides a preview of players who will be making crucial plays this winter.
Kaden Leache Kaden Leache 6'1" | PG Casady School | 2026 State OK is one of the better shooters in the Class of 2026 and will be a big part of Casady making the transition to OSSAA in a deep Class 3A. Beau Billingsley Beau Billingsley 6'1" | PG Norman | 2026 State OK “wow’d” in some cameos for a senior laden Norman squad last year, and now the creative point guard will have a bigger role for the Tigers. Steven Anderson Jr has State Title dreams as he looks to carve out of a bigger role for 5A powerhouse Carl Albert. While Edmond Santa Fe’s Jarmile “Money” Robinson is often worth the price of admission with his entertaining style of play. Classen SAS is a darkhorse in Class 4A with a strong nucleus of talent in the Classes of 2026 and 2027, 2026 prospect TJ McNeely will be a representative from the Comets.
A new era of Jenks basketball is starting this winter and guard Evan Goodwin Evan Goodwin 6'2" | SG Jenks | 2026 State OK was impressive at team camps as a floor spacer, with a little bit of juice off the bounce. Joining Goodwin as a potential impact 2026 prospect for Jenks is Carter Mardis, a lanky wing with upside. Meanwhile Rickey Bruner III Rickey Bruner III 5'9" | PG Tulsa Booker T Washington | 2026 State OK has transferred to Booker T Washington, a school his family has roots in, after a productive start to his high school career at Sapulpa. Bruner III is a quick and skilled guard and should make an impact right away for an up tempo, havoc causing, guard heavy Hornets squad.
