Taking on a large role with the ball for Hardwood, Hamilton has been excellent as a do it all lead guard. Dependable probing into the paint to draw in multiple defenders, he has quick instincts setting up shotmakers in traffic. With the ball on string, he is confident making decisive plays against pressure, excellent at controlling the pace within the halfcourt. He has a nose for the ball too, dependable grabbing defensive rebounds to push the pace for easy transition looks for himself and teammates.
