Indiana Elite 15 U are a dominant group who have been steamrolling anybody and everybody in their way. The overall size, strength and physicality they play with is so impressive and Da Silva is a major difference maker for their group on both ends of the court. Defensively is where Da Silva had the biggest impact using his length to jump passing lanes and block shots. In transition, Da Silva is a fluid athlete who used his length to reach past shot contests and finish at the rim. When Da Silva is also making jumpers it’s a long night for whoever has to guard him and he knocked down a couple in the blowout win over a solid Team Lillard 15 U squad.

Perhaps the player with the highest amount of potential I saw on Sunday was Bob Da Silva Bob Da Silva 6'7" | SF/PF Andrew's Osborne Academy | 2029 State OH out of Ohio. For being a 2029 prospect, Da Silva is built like a senior and has so much maturity for his young age. He is a tall forward that can make explosive plays around the rim while also creating on perimeter. He is such an impressive prospect.

Da Silva came to Ohio from Denmark, where he played for the national team at youth levels. Showing impressive ball skills and perimeter ability for a player of his height and age, Da Silva has a ton of natural talent. Figuring things out against much older competition for Andrew’s Osborne Academy in the Elite Prep League this season, I expect that experience against players mostly two to four years older than him to pay off in the long run. I think Da Silva will have a monster summer for Indiana Elite 3SSB and continue to pick up momentum as a prospect.

One of the most talented 2029 prospects in Ohio, Da Silva has experience with Denmark’s national team at the youth level in FIBA events. Easy to see the upside with Da Silva who has an unique perimeter skillset and frame for a prospect of his size and age. Long time for Da Silva to continue to grow and develop as a player before he becomes a priority for Division I programs but Da Silva will be a name known around Ohio sooner rather than later.
