still out, this was Stoudemire’s time to shine and he did just that. While outside shot was not falling consistently, he still was relentless in the lane and getting any paint touch he wanted. He had a lot college eyes on him throughout the weekend.

You simply cannot say enough about the toughness and athleticism of this 6’2″-6’3″ rising sophomore guard from New Albany High School. He is a relentless attacker off of the dribble and does so with both explosiveness and strength. Not only can he blow by you off of the dribble, but then he can finish right through you at the rim. Stoudemire is also an outstanding defender and arguably the best rebounding guard in the state of Indiana. This weekend would be a great time for Division I programs to go ahead and start offering him.

was the best player for New Albany yesterday in the two games that I got to see. The talented 6’3” guard brought it on both ends of the floor. He’s a physical downhill driver that welcomes contact. He’s relentless getting into the lane where he’s an exception finisher. Jump shot is a work in progress, but has a clean stroke and was able to knock down a couple in the games I saw. New Albany as a team has the chance to be one of the top defensive teams in the state this coming season, and Stoudemire will be a big part of that with his defensive versatility

There is nothing about this New Albany High School prospect that would make you think he is a freshman. Stoudemire is mature beyond his years, physical beyond his years, and you never have to question his motor. He does a great job of getting to the basket off of the bounce and is one of the best rebounding guards in the state of Indiana. The #2 ranked prospect by Prep Hoops Indiana had 17 points and 7 rebounds in a loss for the South.

One of our top priorities this weekend at the Bill Hensley Memorial Run N Slam was finalizing our plan for the initial Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2029 Prospect Rankings. Stoudemire continues to make a strong case to be at the very top of those rankings. He is consistently a catalyst on both ends of the floor for Indiana Elite 3SSB 15u who may well be one of, if not the, best 15u team in the country. His athleticism and physicality are so hard for other guards his age to handle.

from New Albany. Playing with Indiana Elite 15U, Stoudemire is one of the smartest on-ball guards you will find in his age group. He plays with great pace and does not ever force the issue. He can score and distribute at such a high level.

The Elite in-state freshman out of New Albany was the best player on the floor in the Bulldogs Regional Championship win over Castle scoring 17 points to go along with 4 rebounds and 3 assists. He showed off his versatility on both ends of the floor. He’s a high motor player that plays with a maturity and physicality. Has the ability to play all over the floor offensively with a good clean stroke from the perimeter. Quick first step on drives and showed multiple times in the game his ability to finish through contact at the rim. Defensively he’s able to guard 1-5 as he moves his feet well and always seems to be in the right position.
