2029 Rankings are Updated

Our 2029 rankings were just updated on the website! To view the full 31 player rankings along with a 70+ player watchlist click <a href="https://prephoops.com/ohio/rankings/2029-rankings/">here! </a>This update comes after the grassroots season where a majority of these prospects finished up their 15 U season at the grassroots level. The top five prospects remains very similar with [player_tooltip player_id='2890897' first='Bryce' last='Irby'], [player_tooltip player_id='2878776' first='Julian' last='Sam'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2963352' first='Bob' last='Da Silva'] remaining at the top three spots. These three prospects have all drawn attention from high major programs during the summer as they are some of the first 2029 prospects in the midwest to receive heavy early recruiting interest. [player_tooltip player_id='2965216' first='Carson' last='Trenz'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2878774' first='William' last='Peagler Jr'] swap places at numbers four and five after both were key contributors for top teams on the EYBL and 3SSB circuits respectively. Newcomer to the state [player_tooltip player_id='2694628' first='Austin' last='Davie'] slots in at number six as he made the move from Kentucky to Ohio and reclassified to the 2029 class in the process. Number seven is a major stock riser as [player_tooltip player_id='3187768' first='Michael' last='Ramsey'] had an excellent summer for Springfield and jumps a few spots.   We added 15 new players to the rankings and articles spotlighting each of these prospects will be out in the coming days. We will also have an article on the stock rising prospects from this update with a handful of southwest Ohio prospects making leaps up the rankings.   There's still so much time for these prospects as a majority of them aren't on major college radars but will see a strong increase in their interest over the next two years. We'll be following these players throughout their high school careers and expect a handful of new players to break out during their sophomore season.
