Andrew’s Osborne Academy made a big splash onto the OHSAA scene this season, winning a district title with a very young group. Tisma is a fluid athlete for his size with the ability to explode off two feet and hit shots on the perimeter. Already holding an offer to Fairmont State University, Tisma is on the early radar of college coaches and I expect him to make a big jump in production next season.

I was intrigued by Tisman as a young prospect with wide shoulders and a frame that can add strength and weight as he matures over the next few years. When he knocked down three or four 3-pointers throughout the day I became a bigger fan. Wednesday was my first time watching him and I’ll need to see him in an organized setting this winter but Tisman has a skillset that makes him attractive to college programs.
