Birkans plays with incredible poise and patience as he’s able to get his teammates involved frequently. Where Birkans is in his element is on defense, clamping up his matchup and enforcing stops whenever possible.

Birkans enters the season as one of the most reliable scoring options on the floor, with a game built on versatility and confidence. His outside shooting remains his calling card and stretches defenses with a smooth, quick release. When defenders overcommit, he has no problem putting the ball on the deck and attacking gaps.
