<p><strong>Tue., January 9th…Friends Central at Academy of New Church:</strong> FCS uncommitted seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1173986' first='Fazl' last='Oshodi'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1176360' first='Muhsin' last='Muhammad'] are both having monster starts to the 2023-24 season. Classmate [player_tooltip player_id='1192647' first='Reid' last='Belcher'] is one of the top floor generals in the area. Freshman guard [player_tooltip player_id='1406790' first='Patrese' last='“Trese” Feamster'] can score from anywhere on the floor. ANC's perimeter-based attack is led shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2229148' first='Bahsil' last='Laster'] (16 ppg.). Running with Laster are multitalented combo guards [player_tooltip player_id='1608494' first='Dior' last='Carter'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1411649' first='Tobe' last='Nwobu, Jr.'] ANC's [player_tooltip player_id='2056714' first='Ryan' last='Warren'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2047739' first='Caleb' last='Alston-Nelson'] are 6'5” forwards who provide scoring balance. <em>Tip-off is at 5:30PM.</em></p>

<p><strong>Wed., January 10th…Hill School at George School:</strong> Early on in 2023-24 Hill School is leaning heavily on their trio of outstanding perimeter prospects: point man [player_tooltip player_id='1196125' first='Jacob' last='Meachem'] (offer from Bucknell), shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2251704' first='Ethan' last='Johnston'] (offer from Fordham) and slasher wing [player_tooltip player_id='2322839' first='Nehemiah' last='Holmes']. George School will counter with their twin towers lineup of 6'11” [player_tooltip player_id='1153953' first='Luke' last='Bevilacqua'] (multiple DI offers) and 6'9” [player_tooltip player_id='933048' first='Tristen' last='Guillouette'] (offer from FGCU). In the backcourt for GS is freshman point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2195052' first='Tyler' last='Sutton'] who is one the most elusive 2027 scoring threats in the state. <em>Tip-off is at 5:30PM.</em></p>

<p><strong>Thurs., January 11th…Perkiomen Valley at Spring Ford:</strong> This highly anticipated game between District 1-6A powers will feature a host of college prospects. Perk Valley's lineup features all-everything combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='1589403' first='Julian' last='Sadler'] (20+ ppg.), shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1848628' first='Kyle' last='Shawaluk'] and wing [player_tooltip player_id='1460797' first='Jakob' last='Harken']. Meanwhile Spring Ford has its own talented guard trio in sniper [player_tooltip player_id='1460771' first='Jacob' last='Nguyen'] (multiple DI offers), athletic combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='1281774' first='EJ' last='Campbell'] (offer from Rider) and speedy point man [player_tooltip player_id='1454265' first='Lymir' last='Green']. <em>Tip-off is at 6:45PM.</em></p>

<p><strong>Fri., January 12th…Bonner & Prendergast at St. Joe's Prep:</strong> This PCL contest will be an interesting battle of conflicting styles. Bonner's roster features length that may cause issues for SJP's outstanding five guard lineup. For Bonner, 6'6” small forward [player_tooltip player_id='1116025' first='Touari' last='“Deuce” Ketner'] and 6'5” wing [player_tooltip player_id='1477716' first='Kevin' last='Rucker'] have been unstoppable early on. 6'1” guard [player_tooltip player_id='1589139' first='Reggie' last='Selden, Jr.'] has recently picked up his scoring efforts too. As a bonus, 2027s [player_tooltip player_id='2398422' first='Korey' last='Francis'] (6'1”) has performed well of late. SJP is running a five-guard starting lineup this season. That collection of standout guards — [player_tooltip player_id='1197607' first='Jaron' last='McKie'], [player_tooltip player_id='1188621' first='Olin' last='Chamberlain'], [player_tooltip player_id='1460800' first='Jordan' last='Ellerbee'], [player_tooltip player_id='1202209' first='Jalen' last='Harper'], and Matthew Gorman (Catholic Univ. commit) are all capable of hitting for 20+ points on a given night. But this week, we will be curious to witness how this group defends Bonner' size advantage. </p>

<p><strong>Sat., January 13th… </strong><strong>Plymouth Whitemarsh vs. Methacton:</strong> “P-Dub” scoring point man [player_tooltip player_id='1116013' first='Jaden' last='Colzie'] (top unsigned PG in SEPA), stretch-4 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1589161' first='Jahseir' last='Sayles'] and 3-point sniper [player_tooltip player_id='1576723' first='Mani' last='Sajid'] form one of the most lethal scoring trios in the region. Senior Ben Marsico is making nice contributions too. Methacton seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1848537' first='Alex' last='Hermann'], Anthony Daddazio and [player_tooltip player_id='1865349' first='Sal' last='Iemmello'] are excelling this season. College coaches are sleeping on these 2024 prospects. Plus, the unexpected emergence of lefty scoring guard [player_tooltip player_id='2247339' first='Christian' last='Matos'] (2026) has provided Methacton with another talented backcourt option. <em>Tip-off is at 5:00PM.</em></p>
