When you combine his outstanding performances at the DMV Live event in June with his impressive games during recent fall ball action, we are shocked that Alston-Nelson is still available. This athletic prospect with impressive size can stroke jumpers from all over the court and work the offensive boards for points. He is quick to recognize size mismatches and then take advantage of the situation by posting up the smaller defender.  Alston-Nelson also runs the floor well, so he is an effective secondary break scorer. His 19 points and 8 rebounds performance against Potomac School at the DMV Live tournament was extremely impressive.
