provides an interesting dynamic as a guard who’s quick downhill attacker off the bounce and steady shotmaker. Possessing an explosive first step, Bell generates a large amount of rim pressure not only on half court dribble drives but different PnR actions and in transition, ultimately shining as a crafty finisher around the basket. The left handed combo guard is also effective as a dynamic shot maker. As Bell continues to refine his skillset, look for him to continue to showcase his ability to be effective and produce at either guard spot this season.

Joining Pennington this year from Egg Harbor Township as a repeat-sophomore, Bell is coming off an injury but showed no signs of rust with his play this past weekend. A dynamic southpaw combo guard with microwave scoring ability, he was generating points in bunches with his explosive first step and stretches of prolific shotmaking. The game looks to be starting to slow down for Bell, who should have a chance to generate D1 attention in the years to come as he continues growing acclimated to playing with more talent around him.

shined in his ability to be a quick and aggressive downhill attacker, putting an immense amount of pressure on the rim. Quick with the ball in his hands, Bell was able to attack the basket both in transition, off halfcourt dribble drives as well as in PnR scenarios, finishing around the basket with craftiness.

After leading the team in scoring but finishing a disappointing 6-21, Bell increased his output as a sophomore while helping the Eagles creep above .500. A 35-point opener was a sign of things to come, as Bell torched the nets all season with his dynamic multi-level attack. The southpaw knocked down 3’s at high volume while showing athleticism and creativity working his way downhill.
Still 15 years old until the summertime, a reclass to 2028 could be on the horizon, but expect Bell to be on scholarship radars down the line no matter what.
