In the last part of the Top Shooters series, I'm showcasing some guys who have limitless range while also making sure we don't forget about some of the smaller school players who can light it up from distance. Check out the other Top Shooters articles here: Part One: Anytime, Anywhere, Part Two: Unfazed, Crowd Hushers, Part Three: Underrated, Underclassmen.

Deep Range

These guys stretch defenses like no other and garner attention as soon as they cross half-court. As some of the top deep threats in the state, they are sure to leave you in awe.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450963' first='Dylan' last='Jay'] | Chelan

The Chelan shooter has evolved his game this season but still ranks as one of the top shooters in Washington. He's a tall kid at 6-foot-4 who continues to get stronger which not only helps his play at the rim but keeps extending his range further and further.

[player_tooltip player_id='923122' first='Tyce' last='Paulsen'] | Curtis

Paulsen is one of the purest shooters in the state and could have fit in any of the Top Shooters lists I've written so far. He's so calm with the ball in his hands and pulls out some deep shots when you least expect it.

[player_tooltip player_id='1485542' first='Davis' last='Fogle'] | Anacortes

I wouldn't have put Fogle here at the end of summer but the sophomore guard has been one of the fastest risers this season and has shown he's a threat almost as soon as he crosses half-court, keeping defenses on their toes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1409013' first='Peter' last='Dress'] | Kamiakin

Dress is another guy who just has the feel from long-range. It's a quick and easy-looking shot for the junior who has the size and range to be a deadly shooter at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='923116' first='Jamari' last='Jackson'] | Garfield

Jackson put on shooting clinics over the spring and summer and has shown impressive range this season for the Bulldogs. The lefty has a pure stroke that generates enough power to hit from more than a few feet behind the arc with a consistency that gives him the green light.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450934' first='Bo' last='Gionet'] | West Seattle

A 6-foot-4 combo guard, Gionet is a player who's physically strong, long, and has become quite the marksman for the Wildcats. He showed a lot of promise from downtown last season and throughout the summer, but really has come on strong to cement himself as a top shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450497' first='Braydon' last='Olson'] | Mark Morris

More naturally an all-around scorer than just a shooter, Olson has taken a big step this season to become an even better shooter, and one with seemingly limitless range. Last year, he worked more toward the rim and from the mid-range, but this year has been open season from behind the arc and led to some huge games for the junior guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450502' first='Harry' last='Davies'] | North Kitsap

Davies is a guy who has made the leap from decent to deadeye shooter. Even for a guy who has always looked confident, Davies seems even more trusting in his shot now and makes sure defenses are never safe with the ball in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='1416315' first='Carson' last='Lehnert'] | Blaine

The senior from up north is always ready to shoot and poses a tough challenge for defenses who want to contest the 6-foot-4 guard's shot. He is quick on the draw and shoots from way behind the line, add that fact to his high release and it's a tough shot to throw off.

Small School Rain Makers

They may not come from the top two divisions, but these guys prove that range lives everywhere. These guys deserve just as much respect shooting the rock as anyone. Here are some of the top shooters from small schools.

[player_tooltip player_id='1270841' first='Josh' last='Perez'] | Toppenish

Perez is a tough defender and phenomenal shooter from the outside that always seems to keep Toppenish in the conversation in the 1A. He's another guy that can steal momentum back with his toughness and clutch shot-making and leads the way with his play on both ends.

[player_tooltip player_id='1439270' first='Luke' last='Blachly'] | Archbishop Murphy

The 6-foot-4 forward is one of the calmest shooters you will see and simply shoots from wherever he finds himself on the floor. He has a great, high release that keeps him unbothered by close contests, and Blachly brings a consistency with his shot that almost makes you take for granted how good he is.

[player_tooltip player_id='1270732' first='Luke' last='Brewer'] | Tumwater

One of the grittiest players in the state, Brewer plays with excellent determination and punch, and this even comes through in his shooting ability. He's not one to get deterred by a few misses and trusts his abilities as a shooter to hit in big moments. Brewer is a big game player and his clutch shooting could help Tumwater make a run at the 2A tourney.

[player_tooltip player_id='1439247' first='Zakarie' last='Abdulkadir'] | Sammamish

The Sammamish guard has a smooth game and seems to glide with the ball in his hands. He does this with tremendous strength and finesse which allows Abdulkadir to get off shots in tight spaces and work well off the dribble.

Lonnie Brown | RA Long

Brown has shown great improvements in his game overall, but especially in his confidence and consistency from long-range. [player_tooltip player_id='1270613' first='Cavin' last='Holden'] does a lot for the Lumberjacks but guys like Brown have done an outstanding job keeping defenders honest and picking up the slack to keep RA Long one of the top 2A teams.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450615' first='James' last='Grose'] | Napavine

Grose is a guy who can score from all levels but shows an exceptional knack for shot-making away from the rim. He went off for 40 points earlier in the year and is a big reason why Napavine could make some noise at the 2B state tournament.
