On multiple occasions at the 16U level, Perry erupted for a volley of threes, providing constant offense for 5280. Bringing a fairly quick release off the catch or while stepping into the shot, he makes the most of his opportunities. Once opponents began to realize his scoring ability, they tended to go over on screens, opening up the rest of the lane for him. His continued growth as a playmaker with the ball will be imperative towards his opportunities at the varsity level, although he has a serviceable ability at this stage.
