York’s motor is about as impactful as anyone in this class, despite only standing around 6’3, he has maximized his opportunities as an undersized forward. Bringing a low center of gravity and notable strength to move around opponents on the glass, he is an energizing presence for this group. About as effective on the offensive glass, he will find ways to get minutes just from his ability to create second chance opportunities. With Eaglecrest bringing in a variety of capable perimeter shot creators, his abilities as a screen setter and subsequent roller should help open up the floor for those teammates.

York’s high motor has made him an underrated rebounder at the 6A level, allowing this group to be a constant threat on the glass. His strong frame allows him to defend forwards and control the defensive glass, although York has proven himself just as much a threat on the offensive glass.

York brings strength and a notably high motor, there are few athletes in the 2025 glass who comb through the glass to his degree. Capable of grabbing three or four straight putbacks against an opposing defense, his quick instincts paired with the physicality make him a particularly productive athlete within the club level.

Bringing in a particularly high motor, York competes on every loose ball imaginable. Bringing an especially strong frame, the forward is a constant threat to overpower or maneuver around defensive rebounders. A powerful screener when in position, York does an excellent job creating space for ball handlers. His presence has aided NBN greatly in their halfcourt sets, with their ease of access into shot attempts.

always finds a way to get buckets. A true scorer, he operates on all three levels and shifts his way through defenders. York will always be a player you can rely on to orchestrate your offense. His versatility makes him stand out he still has room to grow, only being a junior. He stepped up big time in the playoffs and with his team in championship contention, look for him to be an underrated factor making a huge impact…

York aided this group on the glass, taking full advantage of his size advantage over the majority of Fruita Monument opponents. Effective getting to putbacks by getting up over the top of opponents, there was little FM could do to contain him from typical box outs, particularly throughout the first half. Although not a starter, the forward has earned his opportunity in closing lineups, always bringing energy once entering the game.
