Carey Smith | Prep Hoops Scout
This speedy guard with elusive handles posted an electric 26-point performance against Phelps. Bradley was a blur in transition as he navigated his way for several coast-to-coast buckets. He also scored off the dribble in the half-court thanks to his quick first step and ability to convert through contact. Additionally, Bradley got into the paint and then delivered precise kick out passes to open shooters. His change of direction / pace dribble moves were extremely impressive. Bradley even sprinkled in a three ball for good measure.

Bradley is a crafty guard that likes to get under players’ skin throughout a game. His ability to lurk behind ball handlers and strip the ball away give him that scrappy edge. He’s then able to run the fastbreak and either set up his teammates for an opportunity to score or score himself. Bradley can shove off defenders in transition creating lots of space for open shots. He’s usually the fastest player on the court giving him a great advantage.

Bradley will pressure and follow you the whole game giving legibility zero room to get any shot or clean pass off. He can play in zones where he likes to poke the ball free on the perimeter to get out in transition. When it comes to rotating over for help defense or switching to a bigger player Bradley will look to cut off the pass before the play develops. His speed is also a big factor when it comes to perimeter defense as he can keep up with anyone on the court.

Bradley is excellent off the pick-n-roll as he likes to take advantage of mismatches. He will look to use his quick crossover to get to the rim. Bradley plays under control and forces teams to play at his pace. He takes command of the ball as he can run offenses with very few issues. Bradley loves to throw long outlet passes in the fastbreak setting to his teammates for easy buckets. He can also score from anywhere on the court. Having the ability to both score and be a playmaker at a high level can be difficult for point guards but not for Bradley as he will do everything to help his team win.
