After generating some buzz in Long Island as a member of the 2026 class, Shaw-Glenn looks to be putting the pieces together at the right time while beginning his post-grad year at Perkiomen. On Saturday, he served as an effective sparkplug across the frontcourt, particularly standing out as an active and switchable weapon on the defensive end. Offensively, he showed positive flashes as a cutter and slasher with explosive athleticism to finish above the rim. Shaw-Glenn’s catch-and-shoot jumper remains a work in progress from the perimeter, but if his shots are able to fall throughout the winter, it wouldn’t be a surprise for a D1 program to take a chance on him.

Part of an influx of new talent that has Perkiomen looking like a true contender in the PAISAA title conversation, Shaw-Glenn could be an X-factor with his versatile, low-maintenance game at the forward spot. The Long Island native and post-grad via Long Island Lutheran is an eye-catching physical specimen with a sturdy, rangy frame and fluid athleticism to cover ground in space. He makes a strong impact on the defensive end both on and off the ball with the ability to switch across the majority of matchups at the prep level. Offensively he’s a capable slasher and standstill shooter but is often at his best as an energy-giver via hard cuts and crashing the glass. He’s a clear scholarship-level talent whose physical tools could even wind up making for an interesting developmental bet at the right D1 program.

Shaw-Glenn makes a living on the interior and uses his blend of size and strength to create advantages on the offensive end. He battles his way to spots on the attack and has no issues seeking out contact. Shaw-Glenn also comes up with second-chance opportunities and is a willing rebounder who brings consistent activity to the glass. I like the energy he brings to the game whenever he steps onto the floor. He also shows some ability to score with an in-between game, adding another layer to his offensive repertoire. Defensively, I like his versatility and ability to guard multiple positions on the floor. With his physical tools and expanding skill set, Shaw-Glenn’s best basketball is still ahead of him.
