Part one featured very skilled guards who can do a little bit of everything and part two is sure to deliver the same. Here are my top point guards for the 2025 class part II.
Myers is a smooth and methodical player who has a lot of patience within his game. He looks to get the best shot possible on every possession and does not try to force anything. He does an excellent job of running the pick-n-roll waiting for his screens to develop fully. His shot is quick and he can get it off with very little room. Myers has good speed at the point guard position and throws clean-cut passes to his open teammates.
McNeil is a strong and physical guard who likes to play downhill with the ball in his hands. He has quick and crafty handles that he uses to create space on his drives to the rim and for open shots in the midrange. McNeil will look to seek contact when inside the paint forcing referees to call the foul. He crashes the glass like a big man with his impressive athleticism as he can sky over taller players to secure multiple rebounds within a game.
Bradley is a scoring point guard that can get his shots up in a hurry. The lefty is a terrific shooter from downtown with a quick release. He is automatic from the wings and excels in catch-and-shoot situations. Bradley has excellent timing and instincts on when to intercept passing lanes leading to many fastbreak opportunities for his team. He moves laterally on the perimeter well and can switch onto any elite ball handler.
Altobelli is an electric guard who can make the game look easy with how he plays. He has tight handles that allow him to get to anywhere he wants to on the court. He works the midrange game well with his ability to hit tough contest pull-up shots. His passing ability is elite as he can get flashy with some of his passes always pinpointing and directing to his teammates for the perfect shot. Altobelli can attack the rim with ease and has a nice up-and-under move he likes to go to.
Grospe is a shot-creator with the ball in his hands as he can score in a multitude of ways. His shot-making ability is how he scores so much as he seems to always take good open shots even if he takes a lot of them. His quick and high release allows him to shoot over taller defenders. Grospe works the midrange game well and can take over games with his scoring ability from that area. He can run pick-n-rolls and pick-n-pops to perfection and will look to get his teammates involved early and often.
