Birkans enters the season as one of the most reliable scoring options on the floor, with a game built on versatility and confidence. His outside shooting remains his calling card and stretches defenses with a smooth, quick release. When defenders overcommit, he has no problem putting the ball on the deck and attacking gaps. What makes Birkans especially effective is his ability to balance perimeter shooting with inside play. Using his size and strength he seals defenders off finishes through contact, and displays a soft touch around the rim. This blend of shooting range and physical presence makes him a matchup problem across multiple positions. With his well rounded offensive arsenal and growing ability to create mismatches, Birkans projects as a major scoring weapon and a focal point for his team this season
