Allen and his name and game have taken off since the spring. He’s a dynamic player with the ball in his hands. Allen is a playmaker that can create for himself and his teammates off the bounce. He’s a smooth athlete that can pick up speed at the drop of a dime.
People are starting to see the extremely high upside in Johnson’s game. First of all, he’s a terrific 2 way player that takes pride his defense. Offensively, he can be both diverse and dynamic. Johnson can create looks and score from anywhere on the floor, but he’s also a great passer that gets the ball to it’s spots.
Muhl was really impressive this summer and carried that momentum. His strengths just happen to fit the point guard position perfectly. He’s a great shooter that keeps the D honest when the ball is in his hands and he also plays a terrific mental game. Muhl is an excellent decision maker with the ball and a very good floor general.
Highlights
Claerbaut probably has an argument to be higher on the list. I really like his upside. While he can turn himself into an elite post player, don’t pin him in a position. A long defensive wing that can fill it up from deep and finish with touch around the rim sounds pretty intriguing. Regardless of position, Claerbaut’s versatility will cause big problems for opponents.
O’Connor III was one of the most improved players in the state from the beginning of spring through the fall. From day 1 in the spring, it was obvious that he was comfortable with next a next level pace of play. Over the summer on the Prep Hoops Circuit with the Midwest Stampede 2026, O’Connor III became a better decision maker and controlled scorer. College coaches would be well advised to take a look.
