About Kollin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to control the pace on the floor, I am quick and able to get by defenders and make split decisions. I’m great at moving off ball and getting open for a shot.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am determined not to be the most talented but work harder than any other guy on the floor, I enjoy defense more than offense most of the time.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a part of my schools honor roll as of my sophomore year’s 2nd semester.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Discipline, communication, sacrifice.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I used to struggle with maintaining healthy legs, I sprained my ankle twice in my sophomore season of highschool basketball and once about a week before tryouts my junior year. Since then I’ve been building ankle strength and the ability to recover and come back from the mental side of the injuries.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that will give me an opportunity, not just basketball wise but a chance to get my education, develop as a productive person and continue to grow as a basketball player at the same time.
