WHY?

He helped Fury collect multiple wins and he ran the floor really well. Amir showed that he is a tough and physical defender. He rebounded very well and was excellent in transition.

I really like the way Amir goes out and competes with energy and intensity on both ends of the floor. Defensively he was constantly putting pressure on opposing guards, and isn’t afraid to pick up full-court on an island. Came up with a number of steals throughout the weekend as he has the lateral quickness to get right up under opposing guards. At times got caught trying to play a bit too flashy, but did a nice job of getting into the lane and dumping it off to his forwards for good looks around the rim. Vocal player who you can just tell is having fun out on the floor.
