take on some high-level competition in Drify Elite, and Cole looked like the best player on the floor. In the dominant win, he put up 23 points on 3 3PM.

Cloer continues to show why he’s a top prospect in the 2026 class with Caldwell Academy. He’s got the ability to create off the bounce and off the catch with relative ease, rising up over defenders and knocking down shots with his smooth shooting stroke. Defensively, he’s finding his way as a shot-blocker and rebounder even moreso. He’s a HM prospect to keep eyes on in the state of North Carolina.

Cloer is another prospect in the 2026 class who finds himself in the Top 10 at No. 2 in the latest rankings update. He’s seen his stock rise while leading the Team CP3 scoring attack on the EYBL stage. He’s a versatile guard/forward at 6-foot-7 who can operate in a variety of ways on both ends of the floor. His ability to knock down shots on the perimeter and create in the open floor have earned him offers from UNC, Ohio State, Tennessee and a number of other HM programs. He’s headed to Caldwell Academy on the NCISAA stage looking to add to their already powerful attack of a few other top 2025 and 2026 prospects in their rotation.

attack on the 16U stage as he continues to show off his development in the 2026 class. He’s producing 16.8 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 1.2 APG and 1.0 BPG on 46.2 percent shooting from deep as he’s another prospect who can very easily become a national name given his penchant for scoring the basketball in a variety of ways. Tennessee, NC State and Iowa are a few of the HM programs to offer him already.

Cloer was outstanding in Orange’s romp over Southern Alamance on Friday, scoring 41 points and collecting 8 rebounds to set his career high mark in high school. He continues to terrorize people around the rim with extremely long arms and an ability to jump with the best of them, but he also knocked down 5 threes, matching his season high total in a game. His development of a consistent perimeter game will make him a real HM prospect, and a name to monitor nationally.

Cloer’s production overshadowed Orange High’s 0-2 outing in the John Wall Holiday Invitational. He showed he could use his length to be a presence on the glass and as a slasher while averaging 16.0 PPG, 9.0 RPG, 2.0 APG and 1.5 BPG. He didn’t have the strongest shooting performance efficiency wise but he excelled defensively in altering shots and forcing things in his favor. He’s a name for DI programs to know in the 2026 class.
