lands as the top recruit in West Texas and second ranked shooting guard in the state. Anderson is as legit as they come, consistently scoring off the bounce and off the catch within the flow of the offense while showcasing high-level shot selection and feel for the game. Playing internationally for the German national team at the youth level, Anderson is the younger brother of Texas Tech star Christian Anderson and has similar perimeter shooting ability as his big brother. Joining Southern Assault this summer, I wouldn’t be surprised if Anderson is one of the top scorers and 3-point shooters on the 3SSB circuit this summer. I’m surprised none of 247, ESPN or Rivals have Anderson in the top 100 right now but would expect that to change this summer if Anderson performs how I expect him to.

Anderson is an extremely skilled perimeter scorer with notable upside. He possesses solid positional size for a Shooting Guard and pairs that with advanced shot-making ability off the catch and off movement. He can create separation with rhythm dribbles and rise into contested pull-ups, forcing defenders to guard him beyond the arc. Defensively, he competes with active hands and lateral quickness, showing the ability to contain drives at the point of attack. His scoring polish combined with defensive potential makes him one of the more intriguing perimeter prospects in the class.

Smooth lefty with a compact release who hunts rhythm threes off the bounce and relocations. Shows poise snaking pick‑and‑roll and hitting the lift/shake with either hand, plus the patience to keep dribble alive on contact. Uses stride length to get two feet in the paint and finish with extension or kick to the slot. Competitive wing defender with length to contest and recover when beaten on first step.
✅ Pull‑up & relocation three at volume
✅ Poised PnR pacing with live‑dribble passing

Anderson torched the nets a few different times during Session IV at the 16U level. He has a silky smooth jump, with a clean release and the type of soft landing that makes it feel like every shot is going in. Is an absolute weapon as a catch and shoot specialist, but the lanky guard can also put it on the floor a bit. Comfortable with a few dribbles to relocate to a new spot from three or in the midrange. Or even attacking the rim, where he dictates the pace and has good ball fakes and feel to let over aggressive defenders take themselves out the play. With an older brother playing in the Big 12, it’s not shocking that Anderson with an elite trait looks set to follow in his older brother’s footsteps.

Anderson has the type of jumper that every shot feels like it’s going in. His release is quick and smooth, leading to the net barely moving when the shot goes through. He helped secure LeGYnds’ 16U first win of the weekend with a barrage of four second half three pointers in quick succession. The stayed on fire to shoot 50% from deep and average double figures for the weekend. Players that shoot the ball like Anderson are always coveted by college coaches. Especially with a family background that includes an older brother at Texas Tech and a father who played professionally.

is a long, smooth guard who can handle, shoot, and defend at a high level. He has great size for the position, allowing him to see over defenders and switch onto wings defensively. Anderson’s jumper looks fluid from deep, and he’s efficient in transition and half-court situations. Already playing with EYBL experience, he looks like one of the most college-ready guards in the 2027 class.
