2027 Rankings Update Top 50 Stock Risers

PH NorCal has updated the class of 2027 rankings. Here are the top stock risers in this class. There's been some movement with prospects in the top 25. There's a couple who improved their ranking within the top 50, and some who played their way in with productive play when PH NorCal was in the gym watching. He'll have to lock in and sharpen things up a bit. Good size body, can move. He shoots the ball mid-range with or without a dribble, his range goes out to the 3-point line. He's a good high post passer, cuts okay. He has the body to score on the low block. He can defend and rebound. Recently picked up a DI offer     He's in the process of establishing himself as a top notch prospect in NorCal, if continues on his present upward path. He'll have to bulk up a bit, nonetheless he's a long wing type forward, moves good, can handle the ball, sees the court, he gets to the basket, and scores in different ways. His size and mobility makes him a match up problems at times. He's improving his 3-point shot, defending better, he'll get his fair share of rebounds.     At 6'7 he's still growing, and filling his frame. He has improving basketball skills, and toughness that allows him to function in the paint securing rebounds, and battling inside defending. He can function on the perimeter, passing, cutting. He'll use one or two dribbles to get closer to the basket, he works along the baseline, and high post. He can hit the short jumper, and set up for 3's from the top, and corners.     He's coming into his own as a prospect in this class. He has a solid body will probably do more growing. He has a good overall skill set for the guard position. He's an improving ball handler, excellent passer/ball mover. He's getting more aggressive looking to put points on the board, handling hits on the drive. He hits mid-range jumpers, and open 3's at a good rate with good shot selection. He's a good defender, helps rebound from the guard position.     He's a rising prospect who'll continue to raise his level of play on the court. He has work to do sharpening his offense, for now he's an effective prospect without scoring a lot. He's athletic, contributes on both ends of the court. He's fast going up and down the court, gets transition buckets. He has the tools to be a top notch defender when locked in. At 6'3 he goes up high battling for rebounds, and finishing around the basket.     He's 6'8 with a body that needs firming up, get stronger, and condition himself. He's capable of being hard to defend on the low block at this level. He has an upside, but will have to put in the work. He's a big that can make 3-pointers, get rebounds, and defend his position with improved post footwork. He can be a double, double guy at this level if he wants to.
